Oscar Leonard Carl Pistorius born 22 November 1986 at 10:18 AM (Rectified Birth Time) in Sandton, South Africa) is a South African sprint runner. Both of Pistorius' legs were amputated below the knee when he was 11 months old. On 14 February 2013, Pistorius was charged with the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, whom he had fatally shot at his home in the early hours of that morning. He was granted bail on 22 February 2013. The trial for the murder of his girl friend is going on right now.

Oscar Pistorius is a Capricorn ascendant with ascendant degree at 16 degrees 34 minutes in Capricorn sign. For Capricorn ascendant the 11th house ruled by Mars is the Badhaka house. Scorpio sign falls in the 11th house. UPDATE: Oscar Pistorius trial is resuming this Monday. The court will hear whether he had a psychological disability when he shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp and that diagnosis could have a significant impact on his trial. But as I mentioned before Oscar Pistorius is in evil Ketu mahadasha Venus Bhukti and Rahu anthara at this time. The Rahu / Mars conjunction in mid July this coming month does not look good for Oscar Pistorius, and the badhaka planet Mars will be aspecting mahadasha lord Ketu in Aries sign.

The final chapter of Oscar Pistorius murder trial gets underway this Thursday. Oscar Pistorius is in Ketu mahadasha Venus Bhukti and Jupiter anthara right now. As I explained above, the Ketu mahadasha is very evil because of its connection with the Badhaka Planet Mars. Ketu is in Mars nakshatra Chitra and is also aspected by Mars from Aquarius by its 8th aspect. Bhukti lord Venus has a strong connection with the 3rd house (away from home) and 12th house (confinement), as Venus is in Rahu’s nakshatra Swati and Rahu represents 3rd and 12th lord Jupiter by being in Jupiter sign Pisces. The verdict is expected this Thursday on 12th lord Jupiter’s day and Moon will be transiting mahadasha lord Ketu’s Aswini nakshatra. Oscar Pistorius faces sentencing starting this Monday. What kind of sentencing will Oscar Pistorius get for killing his girlfriend Reeva SteenKamp? Last month Oscar Pistorius was convicted of culpable homicide, or negligent killing. Sentence for such a crime can range from a suspended sentence and a fine to as many as 15 years in prison. In my opinion Oscar Pistorius will get about 5 to 6 years of Prison time, as the evil Ketu mahadasha will end in August 2020.
