I am back again. I hope you enjoyed my astrology predictions for former President Donald Trump
during past 4 years. Today we will discuss the astrology predictions for the 46th President of the United States, President Joe Biden, for next 4 years. What the American people can expect during the presidential term of President Biden, when the country is facing three big challenges, the COVID-19 spread, the high unemployment, and a divided country. The success of President Biden’s presidential term largely depends upon how quickly the 300+ million Americans can be vaccinated to contain COVID-19, the economy can be improved for American workers and small business owners, and a divided country can be united.
President Joe Biden is born on November 20, 1942 at 8.30 AM in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The birth time has A rating, not AA rating. So, I rectified President Biden’s birth time to 8.17.30 AM based on some past important events in his life, and the dates when the important events occurred in President Biden’s life. The rectified birth time gives us the Scorpio ascendant with ascendant degree at 7 degrees 44 minutes, for President Biden. The readers should remember we do not have AA rating birth time from President Biden’s birth certificate. This astrology article is based on A rating birth time, which is further rectified by me, appears to be accurate.
Year 2021
President Biden is going through honeymoon period right now. Biden’s average approval rating is 55% and his average disapproval rating is 39% at this moment. May, June this year and November, December this year will be somewhat difficult months for American people. If there will be any correction to stock market, it will happen either in May, June 2021 or November, December 2021. This year President Biden’s approval rating is going to remain high until October 2021.
July, August, September 2021 should be good months for President Biden to get things done. President Biden will face decline in poll numbers, and opposition / enemies will be strong in the month of December 2021.
Year 2022
During December 2021, January, February, March 2022 opposition / enemies will be strong. Vice President Kamala Harris's astrology chart also indicates challenging time in Jan, Feb, March and first two weeks of April 2022. There will be decline in poll numbers during this period for President Biden. I am not sure what challenges President Biden will face during this period. But one big challenge President Biden is facing in 2021 / 2022 is, how quickly the 300+ million Americans can be vaccinated to contain the COVID-19. There could also be a war like situation during this time. The fate of 2022 mid-term election largely depends upon how President Biden will handle this difficult period from December 2021 to March 2022. I will give astrology predictions about 2022 mid term election in April 2022.
April, May, June, July 2022 will be more positive months for President Biden to get things done. End of May and first two weeks of June 2022 will be somewhat difficult. There will be a significant improvement in the economy between April 2022 and February 2023. In my opinion 300+ million Americans will get vaccinated either by April 2022, or by end of 2022, and Coronavirus will be contained. Coronavirus will be completely eradicated from the world by February 2024.
President Biden will be prone to some health problems during August, September, October, November, December 2022.
Year 2023
The period from February 2023 to October 2023 will be difficult one for the country. Biden / Harris will face decline in poll numbers. Vice President Kamala Harris's astrology chart also indicates a very challenging time. Opposition / enemies will be strong between February 2023 and February 2024. There could be a war like situation during this time.
Year 2024
In 2021, 2022, and 2023, I had given some difficult times for President Biden, when opposition / enemies will be strong, and health problems are indicated according to the astrology chart. We will see how these difficult periods will play out for President Biden.
The country will be out of woods by second quarter of year 2024. US economy will be looking very good. Biden / Harris approval ratings will go up after summer of 2024. Democrats will do very well in 2024 House and Senate elections, will most likely win the Presidency in 2024 Presidential Election. This is not the final prediction for the 2024 Presidential Election. I just said the chances of Democrats winning the White House in 2024 will be high, because the US economy will be doing well in 2024, just before the Presidential Election, then why American people would want change in the leadership.

If you want to understand who will benefit from tariffs, then you should watch Donald Trump's 'Meet the Press' interview this Sunday.
It will benefit the US businesses who are competing with the cheaper foreign competitors right now. The US businesses owned by billionaires will make more profit because of tariffs on foreign goods, and the tax cuts for the billionaires will continue.
US consumers who were taking advantage of cheaper prices will be paying lot more, and get screwed. They will still be getting the same salary, but monthly expenses will go up.

SOME THOUGHTS ON DONALD TRUMP CABINET TEAM SENATE APPROVALS
I
had mentioned in my previous astrology updates that Donald Trump is in a very difficult and challenging time from November 20, 2024, to May 20, 2025. Look what is happening right now, the MAGA loyalist’s candidates are unable to get the Senate approvals. This is a big setback for Donald Trump. Time is running out. It can happen Donald Trump may end up getting a Cabinet team that will include more mainstream Republicans, who will not carry water for Donald Trump, and jeopardize their political careers.
Elon Musk is the future of the Republican party, but he cannot become US President because Musk is not born in US. Musk is almost acting like a shadow President-Elect right now. We should not forget Elon Musk with his luckiest astrology chart, helped Donald Trump with his misinformation campaign, score a surprise victory in the presidential election.

SOME MORE THOUGHTS ON DONALD TRUMP CABINET SELECTIONS
In my previous astrology updates, even before November 5, the election day, I had indicated number of times that Donald Trump’s time is very difficult and challenging from November 20, 2024, to May 20, 2025. My assessment was Trump will not be able to win the election, but thanks to Elon Musk with his luckiest astrology chart, quietly jumped into Trump campaign bandwagon and with his targeted misinformation to certain battleground states with X, TikTok, Truth Social etc., helped Donald Trump score a surprise victory, and avoid prison time.
But just see what is happening right now, Trump’s Cabinet selections are facing allegations of sexual misconduct and are having hard time getting Senate approval. Matt Gaetz has already withdrawn his name from the consideration of the AG position, that was a big setback for Donald Trump. This is just the beginning, Donald Trump’s time is going to get even more difficult and challenging in the coming months, a very difficult time indeed until May 20, 2025.
I am thinking that in second week of January 2025, when I post my new astrology article 2025 – 2028, I should break it down to two parts, Part 1 for the period until May 20, 2025, and part 2 for the period from May 20, 2025, to December 31, 2028. The second option is to post the astrology predictions for the complete 4 years term in the second week of January 2025. I am leaning towards option 1, because we want to see what happens in January through May 20, 2025, this is the period I had predicted previously that Deportations of migrants will begin, Tariffs will be applied to the goods, that will cause inflation, stock market crash, layoffs, high unemployment will take place, and this is a very difficult time according to the United States astrology chart, Donald Trump, JD Vance, and Elon Musk’s astrology charts as well. I welcome suggestions from my astrology fans, clients, readers, whether they would like me to go for option 1 or option 2.

During the early days of the COVID, Oz promoted hydroxychloroquine, an anti-malarial drug, as a COVID treatment. A business owned by Dr. Oz family faced the largest fine in ICE history for hiring illegal migrants in 2017. What a coincidence. You can google the news for more details. Republican employers hire illegal migrants for their businesses, but during the election time they talk about deporting illegal migrants, so hypocritical.

SOME THOUGHTS ON DONALD TRUMP’S CABINET PICKS
This election was taken over by Elon Musk, with his misinformation on social media X, TikTok, Truth Social and other platforms, the world's richest man. Donald Trump is just a beneficiary. During the 2020 presidential election the social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook did not allow misinformation on their platforms. Donald Trump was banned from Twitter and Facebook after the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
The astrologers are comparing the astrology chart of Kamala Harris with the astrology chart of Donald Trump. That was a mistake.
The actual comparison should have been between the astrology chart of Kamala Harris and the astrology chart of Elon Musk. They both are Gemini rising in Vedic Astrology, ruled by Mercury and they both are in Rahu mahdasha and Venus Bhukti in Vedic Astrology at same time. United States is in Rahu mahdasha Mercury Bhukti. Elon Musk's Rahu is more powerful than Kamala Harris's Rahu, gave him victory over Kamala Harris, Donald Trump is just the beneficiary of Elon Musk's good luck.
Donald Trump is not in a good period, which is obvious as Donald Trump is having hard time putting together his Cabinet team. Trump's cabinet team picks are not qualified for the positions. Donald Trump is in a very negative and challenging period from now until May 20, 2025. Many Cabinet positions will remain unfilled as we move closer to the inauguration ceremony on January 20, 2025. The country will go through a very challenging time between March 1 and May 20, 2025.

SOME MORE THOUGHTS ON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Let me say it again, many people don’t understand what really happened in this presidential election. This election was between Kamala Harris and Elon Musk, Donald Trump is just the beneficiary. Elon Musk gave victory to Donald Trump because Elon Musk has a more powerful astrology chart than Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. Democrats fight elections the old-fashioned way, with speeches, rallies, door to door campaigning and policies.
Elon Musk used Twitter, TikTok, Fox News and Truth Social very affectively to spread misinformation not only to the American people, especially the poorly educated ones, but to billions of people around the world. This is the reason why Trump did so well even in blue states and won landslide. We have naïve people who don’t understand how Tariffs work, who believe Donald Trump is going to end the Ukraine war in 24 hours. The people who believe that China will pay the tariffs in 2024, are the same people who believed that Mexico would pay for the wall in 2016.
Democrats will need to re-invent their campaign strategy, to match what Elon Musk just did for Donald Trump, if they want to win the elections in future, the old-fashioned way with speeches, rallies, door to door campaigning and policies may not work in the 21st century.

ELON MUSK IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DONALD TRUMP VICTORY
I am still trying to understand where things went wrong in the 2024 Presidential Election Astrology prediction. I studied Elon Musk’s astrology chart today and concluded that Elon Musk turned the tables in this presidential election in favor of Donald Trump and gave Donald Trump a surprise victory. Elon Musk has a very powerful and luckiest astrology chart. Elon Musk’s astrology chart is more powerful than Donald Trump and Kamala Harris’s astrology chart. Elon Musk was the wild card in this presidential election, with his billion of dollars and a very lucky astrology chart gave Donald Trump a victory and saved Trump from all these criminal cases and prison time.
If I compare the astrology chart of Kamala Harris with Donald Trump’s astrology chart, using KP Astrology, I still get the same answer, that Trump should lose. But if I compare the astrology chart of Kamala Harris with Elon Musk, the answer is clear, Elon Musk team will win. Donald Trump is very fortunate to have Elon Musk on his side. Now the million-dollar question is how long the relationship between Musk and Trump will continue, because Donald Trump is very transactional and had problems with his 2016 cabinet team members including his last Vice President Mike Pence. In my next astrology article in January 2025, I will predict when Elon Musk and Donald Trump will have problems with each other. Stay tuned.

SOME THOUGHTS ON PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Some people are showing some concerns that Democrats received 15 million less votes compared to 2020 presidential election. If there is any problem in this election, we will know between November 20 and May 20, 2025. If we don't see any problem by May 20, 2025, then there is no fraud.
But one thing I will say for sure that Trump and Musk used Twitter, TikTok, Fox News and Truth Social very affectively to spread misinformation to the American people, especially the poorly educated Americans. Going forward, the elections will be won or lost on the internet. This will make our country unsafe, because of foreign interference in our elections.

SOME THOUGHTS ON PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS
I have one regular astrology client, who doesn't even know astrology told me a month ago that Trump will win and advised me not to make prediction this time. He was right and I went wrong on the last day. Harris was doing fine until November 4. But November 5 was a very bad day for her, when millions of voters voted in the election. Moon in ketu's nakshatra and Ketu in badhaka house for her.
Most astrologers who are right this time are MAGA, same astrologers went wrong in 2020, when Biden won. I am familiar with their names. They were correct in 2016 also when Trump won. Presidential Election astrology has to do more with politics and less with astrology. It is very difficult to avoid your personal bias while making presidential election predictions because you want your candidate to win. But when a client comes to an astrologer for reading, there is no bias, you can get good reading if the astrologer knows the subject well.
Bottomline is the country is in Rahu mahadasha and natal Rahu is in 8th house of loss. American people picked a wrong candidate to lead the country, because the country is in a bad period. look what is happening we will have a criminal as our President.
It is true for individuals also. My experience is when a person is going through bad mahadasha and they have to suffer. Their bad times will attract wrong people into their life, could be friends, wife, girlfriend. boss at work etc.,
The chances that this prediction will go right or wrong are 50 50. I had given accurate astrology predictions about Trump impeachment, stock market crash, covid, indictments, conviction in Hush money case many years in advance, and the chances that a US President could be impeached, indicted or convicted in a criminal case are less than 5%. But I took the risk, and I was right.

SOME THOUGHTS ON DONALD TRUMP VICTORY AND KAMALA HARRIS LOSS
Dear Astrology Clients, Friends, Fans and Readers,
Thank you for all your support during these challenging times for our country. Donald Trump has won the presidential election and Kamala Harris lost. Last night was very disappointing for the astrologers, because about 80% astrologers predicted Kamala Harris victory. Then you go back and do your soul searching to see where things went wrong, why so many predictions went wrong. I received overwhelming support from people and they said they need my astrology updates more now than ever.
In this regard I have to say the following:
1. When you are making astrology predictions about the presidential election, we usually compare astrology charts of the two presidential candidates. This is what I also did. But there is a third astrology chart which we overlooked that is more important than the astrology charts of the two presidential candidates, and that is the astrology chart of the country, United States. United States is in Rahu mahadasha and Rahu in the natal astrology chart is in the 8th house of loss. Donald Trump entered politics soon after the Rahu mahadasha started in August 2015. This Rahu mahadasha is not going well for the country. We still have 8 more challenging years left in Rahu mahadasha. The working-class people in the country will be dissatisfied and go from one political party to the other, but it is not going to change anything, while the country is in a difficult Rahu mahadasha. Many American people are complaining about inflation, economy etc., right now, but wait until March 2025, they will find out things will be more difficult for them in the coming year 2025. The period from March 1, 2025, to August 12, 2025, is a very difficult and challenging time for our country, our economy. Stock market, inflation, job market etc. This is the time the stock market will crash, and the US economy will not do well. Many people will lose their jobs, and we will see mass deportations. This is the time we will see if Donald Trump can deliver what Trump promised to the American people during his presidential campaign
2. Next, I want to make some comments about Kamala Harris’s KP Astrology chart. Kamala Harris is in Rahu / Venus / Moon period, which I had mentioned in my previous astrology updates is good. But November 5 was not a good day for her because Moon was transiting Ketu’s Moola Nakshatra in Sagittarius sign, and Ketu is a very bad planet in Harris’s astrology chart, in Badhaka house, voting for the presidential election was going on. Moon entered purvashadra nakshatra ruled by Venus at 12.19 am eastern time, but by then Harris had already lost the election.
3. I also see many astrologers deleting their videos, articles because their astrology prediction about Kamala Harris went wrong. I have never deleted my astrology articles, whether they go right or wrong. I am proud of my astrology work.

SOME THOUGHTS ON KAMALA HARRIS ASTROLOGY CHART FOR TONIGHT
I looked at Kamala Harris astrology chart just now to see what is going on. Moon is transiting Ketu’s Moola nakshatra until 12.19 am eastern. Ketu is Badhaka planet for Kamala Harris, not good. Moon will enter Purvashadra nakshatra ruled by Venus in Sagittarius sign at 12.19 am eastern time in Washington DC. So, after 12.19 eastern time Kamala Harris will enter auspicious time, start winning, and things will be looking very good for Kamala Harris. In my previous updates I mentioned 1.19 am eastern time, that calculation was done before daylight savings time changed this past Sunday.

When I talk about victory, it is always about electoral college victory. Popular vote victory does not give you White House. You don't need astrology to predict popular vote victory, it is obvious Harris will win popular vote. According to my astrology analysis Kamala Harris will win both electoral college and popular vote victory.

WHY POLLS ARE WRONG THIS TIME?
Polls are wrong this time due to following reasons.
1. Donald Trump has corrupted the whole system in this country. The pollsters get more money from GOP and Donald Trump. So, pollsters are underestimating Democrats.
2. Pollster companies fear Donald Trump retribution if Trump wins the election. So, they are giving him neck to neck polls to make Trump look strong and please him. So, pollsters are underestimating Democrats.
3. Pollster companies cannot track the number of Nikki Haley Republicans (Women, and Men) who are secretly voting for Kamala Harris. They are either not participating in polls, or they are polling for Trump out of fear of retribution.
4. There are good polls and their are fake polls introduced by GOP leaning pollsters. Then they take average of all these polls to make the race look like neck to neck.
November 3, 2024 (Night)
SOME LAST-MINUTE THOUGHTS ON THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
There is no change to my final presidential election astrology prediction given on October 3, 2024.
Please note, my astrology predictions are never based on polls.
1. I had boldly predicted that Kamala Harris will win in a landslide. Venus and Saturn are very bad planets in Donald Trump’s KP astrology chart, according to KP Astrology. In 2020 presidential election, Donald Trump was in Jupiter / Saturn / Venus period (October 19, 2019, to March 24, 2020, KP ayanamsa), when Trump lost the presidential election to Biden. This time Trump is in Jupiter / Venus / Venus period (August 22, 2024, to January 29, 2025, KP ayanamsa), with Jupiter retrograde, and Venus a bad planet for Trump, cannot give him victory. Kamala Harris is in Rahu / Venus / Moon period (September 13, 2024, to December 12, 2024, KP ayanamsa). All three planets are very auspicious in Kamala Harris’s KP Astrology Chart, transits are highly favorable, will give her easy victory.
2. I had also predicted in my October 23, astrology update that when Moon will transit Venus’s Purvashadra nakshatra in Sagittarius sign between November 6, 1.19 am eastern and November 7, 2.06 am eastern in Washington DC, Kamala Harris will be declared as the winner of the 2024 presidential election, but official results will come few days later, as counting of votes may continue in some states. Donald Trump will not wait for the elections results, will most likely declare himself as the winner on November 5 night. The country will go through some challenging time between November 5, 2024, and January 3, 2025. We will discuss more in astrology updates after the election on November 5.
3. I had also predicted there will be October surprise for Donald Trump between October 20 and November 5, that will be the turning point in this presidential election, and that prediction already came correct on October 27, when a racist comedian became Donald Trump’s October Surprise, and on October 30, when Trump told women that he will be their protector whether they like it or not , and made comments about Liz Cheney, angered millions of women and energized women base to vote against Donald Trump. These are self-inflicted wounds by Donald Trump. Donald Trump alienated millions of Women, Puerto Ricans and Latinos voters so close to the election date and sealed the deal for his defeat on November 5.

WOMEN SEALING DONALD TRUMP’S FATE - ASTROLOGY ANALYSIS
First Trump made Puerto Ricans and Latinos angry with the garbage comment from a racist comedian at his Madison Garden rally, that energized Puerto Ricans and Latinos to vote for Kamala Harris. Now Donald Trump is making American women angry and giving them the reasons to vote for Kamala Harris.
Donald Trump has said in the past that women should be punished for abortion. Donald Trump is now telling women “I am your protector whether you like it or not”. Donald Trump wants RFK Junior in charge of women’s health, if elected on Tuesday. It seems like Donald Trump wants complete control over women. American women, this is your last chance to stop Donald Trump, so please stop worrying about your grocery bills, gas prices, inflation etc., go out and vote for Kamala Harris before it is too late.

SOME THOUGHTS ON EARLY VOTING TURNOUT ASTROLOGY ANALYSIS
The early voting turnout for women have been disproportionately very high compared to men. I never believed in polls, but I can believe in early voting numbers by gender, because these are real numbers. This tells me that Kamala Harris is winning in the early voting, while the mainstream media polls are showing neck to neck race to please Donald Trump. Abortion and the threat to our Democracy by Donald Trump was downplayed by pollsters and GOP. They wanted to keep your focus on Border, grocery bills, eggs, milk, gas prices, inflation etc. But what I am learning is the two issues that are driving high voter turnout are Abortion issue and the threat to our democracy by Donald Trump.

SOME THOUGHTS ON PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN GARBAGE COMMENTS
President Biden made some garbage comment about Trump supporters, who are not going to vote for Harris anyway. So, Biden comment is not going to hurt Kamal Harris. Biden is not on the Ballot. Harris very quickly distanced herself from the Biden comment, by making a public statement to the press.
I also mentioned in my previous astrology updates that President Biden is not in a very good period from October 4 to December 24 this year. When your side is winning then why get angry and make some gaffe.
But the racist comedian made garbage comment about Puerto Rican and Latino voters, and many of them were supporting Trump, some already voted for Trump, and many of them were planning on voting for Trump, but now they will vote for Harris. This is a big loss to Trump that will cost him this election on November 5. Then to add insult to injury Trump and Vance failed to apologize to the Puerto Ricans and Latinos. Can you believe 8 years ago the famous James Comey 2016 October Surprise for Hillary Clinton happened on October 27, 2016. Now 8 years later a racist comedian became Donald Trump's October Surprise exactly on same date October 27, 2024. What a coincidence. Only KP Astrology can answer this question. Donald Trump successfully alienated millions of Puerto Ricans and Latinos voters across the country and in battleground states, who are now going to vote for Kamala Harris, when a guest speaker joked that Puerto Rico is a “floating island of garbage.” Another guest speaker made vulgar comments about Vice President Kamala Harris. Many Puerto Rican and Latinos celebrities are now endorsing Kamala Harris and asking their followers on social media to vote for Kamala Harris.
In my opinion Donald Trump lost this presidential election last night. This was the turning point in this presidential election. This was Donald Trump’s October surprise that we were waiting for, created by his own supporters. They told the truth to the American people, exactly what they are thinking, and what Donald Trump is thinking.
Remember I said in my October 3 “Final Astrology Prediction” that your lucky time in life is when your opponent’s supporters come and help you, this is what is happening to Kamala Harris.
Your bad time in life is when your own supporters either will not be able to help you or their actions will bring bad luck to you, this has exactly happened to Donald Trump last night. 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION ASTROLOGY UPDATE (OCTOBER 23 TO NOVEMBER 7), WHEN WE WILL KNOW THE WINNER?
We are in a very sensitive and challenging time right now. According to KP Astrology Kamala Harris is in a very powerful and strong Rahu / Venus / Moon period. Donald Trump is in a weak Jupiter / Venus / Venus period. Venus is very bad in Trump’s astrology chart according to KP Astrology. So, Venus on the election night, and November 6 is going to favor Kamala Harris victory. This was my astrology prediction given on Oct 3 astrology update.
Moon will transit Venus’s Purvashadra nakshatra in Sagittarius sign from November 6, 2024, 1.19 am eastern time to November 7, 2024, 2.06 am eastern time in Washington DC. Kamala Harris got what she wanted from the Fox News Bret Baier interview. Harris successfully exposed the Fox News lies about Donald Trump to the Fox News audience, when we saw the edited video clip of Donald Trump. The damaging portion of the video where Trump was talking about using military to go after his enemies was missing, and Bret Baier apologized for his mistake.
MISLEADING POLL NUMBERS
Poll numbers are misleading, confusing and incorrect. Poll numbers change when some major event takes place. In my opinion Trump is going to lose this election because of a silent group of women and men on the center right or center left who are not going to participate in polls, who will keep their vote secret, who are going to put the country above Donald Trump, who will quietly vote for Kamala Harris when they are in the voting booth. They will not participate in any exit polls; they will vote and quietly go home. You should not forget 15 to 20 % Republicans voted for Nikki Haley, even after Nikki Haley dropped out of the primaries. This is a big red flag. Donald Trump will underperform polls and Kamala Harris will overperform polls in this election.
Kamala Harris is in a much stronger Mahadasha / Bhukti / Anthara period compared to Donald Trump’s dashas. Kamala Harris is going to win comfortably on November 5. The period from November 5, 2024, to January 3, 2025, is a challenging time for the country. Trump will not concede after losing the election. But this is a very weak period for Trump also. Early voting has already started, and there is a record turnout on the very first day of early voting. Kamala Harris is in a very lucky period now leading up to the election day, November 5. Kamala Harris is bold, confident, courageous, with leadership skills, will be walking into the lion’s den, Fox News for an interview with Fox News chief political anchor, Bret Baier this Wednesday 10/16 evening, which is a very auspicious day for Harris. This is very good for Harris to reach undecided voters who only get their news from the Fox News.
Donald Trump on the other side, canceled his 60 minutes interview, does not want any interviews, debates before the election date. Donald Trump townhall turned into a concert show yesterday. Trump is running on his lies, freedom, and Border issue, does not even have any plan how Trump is going to deport 10 million migrants, only has concepts. Trump Tariffs will lead the country into recession and a very high inflation that you cannot even imagine. Donald Trump is showing too much interest in Tariffs, this will be a Trump sales tax on American people, but the money will somehow reach Donald Trump pockets, just like people pay taxes, but a portion of that money goes back to top 1% in the form of tax cuts. These Tariffs are going to benefit Donald Trump most definitely.

In United States Vedic Astrology Chart, Rahu is in 8th house of loss and suffering in Cancer sign, and currently Rahu mahadasha is going on (August 2015 to August 2033). Natal Rahu in Cancer sign, a watery sign brings suffering, loss of lives, property and money through flooding, heavy rains, hurricanes, mudslides etc. Currently mahadasha lord Rahu is transiting Pisces sign, in Vedic Astrology, another watery sign from October 31, 2023, to May 20, 2025, and look what is happening, we had hurricane Helene first, and now the country is dealing with hurricane Milton. Rahu mahdasha also gave us Donald Trump. Donald Trump entered US politics soon after August 2015, when the Rahu mahadasha started in US Astrology Chart. Now Donald Trump is spreading lies for political gains, when American people are going through suffering because of these hurricanes. POLL NUMBERS
I receive emails, text messages from my astrology readers, when these polls fluctuate. But I want to let everybody know, I don’t pay attention to polls, rather I pay attention to planets and KP Astrology. My astrology predictions are not based on polls. There were only three times when I wanted to see polls, first time when President Biden performed poorly in his debate, second time when Kamala Harris became the Democrat presidential nominee and received endorsement from Joe Biden, and third time when the port workers went on strike during Kamala Harris’s difficult time (September 25 to October 3). But I knew the problem will be resolved quickly because Kamala Harris’s time looks good after October 3, and the strike ended on October 3, 2024. My astrology prediction was right on target.
In my opinion Kamala Harris and Democrats will overperform polls on November 5. Donald Trump and Republicans will underperform polls in this election. I had explained in my final astrology prediction that many Republican voters this time will cross party lines and vote for Kamal Harris because of Abortion issue, threat posed by Donald Trump to our democracy and economy, fear of Project 2025 and fear of losing their healthcare. Donald Trump is a threat to our economy also, with his Tariffs and mass deportation, that will cause recession and inflation in the country.
The reason why polls are wrong, lots of Republicans and moderate / independent voters, who are fed up with Donald Trump, and are worried about their personal safety, are either not participating in polls, or they may vote for Trump in polls, but when they are in polling booth, will quietly vote for Kamala Harris. They may not even participate in exit polls, because of their personal safety.
JUPITER RETROGRADE
Mahadasha lord Jupiter for Donald Trump has already gone retrograde on October 9 night. Jupiter is stationary retrograde right now for the next 7 days or so until October 16. Donald Trump’s ascendant lord Sun transiting in Virgo sign is aspected by Jupiter from Capricorn sign until October 16 night. Sun goes into its debilitated Libra sign after October 16 night, mahadasha lord Jupiter has gone retrograde, cannot help Donald Trump. So, it will be interesting to see how the time from October 17 to November 5 will play out for Donald Trump. We may see more October surprises for Donald Trump during this time, just before the presidential election.
There is no change to my final astrology prediction given on October 3, 2024. I am predicting who will win the presidency on November 5 this year. It is hard to predict the Senate and House elections, which may involve more work, studying astrology charts of the House and the Senate majority / minority leaders from both parties, but I don’t have time due to busy schedule. But with a flawed candidate like Donald Trump at the top of the ticket, all I can say is Democrats should do well in the House and Senate races, but this is not my astrology prediction. Donald Trump, in same Jupiter mahadasha became the US President, was also impeached twice, indicted four times, convicted once, lost two sexual assault civil cases, survived two assassination attempts, and lost the 2020 presidential election to Joe Biden, who according to these astrologers had a very weak astrology chart. But Biden won comfortably. So how can these astrologers say just because Trump has a powerful astrology chart, so Trump will win. Sounds ridiculous to me,
2. Jupiter is transiting 10th house in Taurus sign in Donald Trump’s astrology chart, so Trump will win. Jupiter is transiting 12th house in Taurus sign in Kamala Harris’s astrology chart, so Harris will lose. This is what some astrologers are saying. Please remember on May 30, 2024, when Donald Trump was convicted in Hush money criminal case trial, not only Jupiter, but Mercury, Venus, Sun were also transiting in Taurus sign in Donald Trump’s 10th house, and Trump still got convicted despite these favorable transits. So, according to some Vedic and Western Astrologers Trump will win, because of Jupiter’s good aspect. But they are missing something.
According to me, Jupiter in September and at this moment is already transiting Donald Trump’s natal Sun, Rahu in Taurus sign and aspecting natal Jupiter in Virgo sign and natal Ketu, Moon in Scorpio sign, and Trump is still trailing in all polls, because Trump is in a weak mahadasha and bhukti, that is Jupiter and Venus. The proof is in the pudding. Jupiter and Venus combination in Trump’s KP astrology chart does not have enough juice to give him victory in the presidential election.
UNITED STATES ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS (NOVEMBER 5, 2024 TO JANUARY
20, 2025)
This good Jupiter aspect will help Donald Trump only until October 9, 2024, or may be until October 15, you can add few days for Jupiter stationary retrograde. Jupiter’s good aspect protected Donald Trump from assassination attempts, sentencing and the criminal cases are delayed, despite Trump being in bad Jupiter / Venus period, after August 22, 2024. Mahadasha lord Jupiter for Donald Trump goes retrograde on October 9, just before the presidential election. The Jupiter retrograde period (October 15, 2024, to February 4, 2025) and the months of February, March, April and May 2025 will be very painful for Donald Trump. During this time Donald Trump’s criminal cases will be on fast track and Trump will get sentenced in Hush money case between November 15 and December 15, 2024. Trump will also get convicted in Jan 6 Case trial before May 20, 2025, most likely in March 2025. There will be some disturbance, and we will see angry people between November 5, 2024, and January 3, 2025. Mercury retrograde November 25 to December 15, 2024, this time, is a very sensitive time for the country. December 17, 2024, is the day when electors vote in their respective states and vote for President and Vice President on separate ballots. There could be some problem, because this date falls within this challenging time for the country. Donald Trump will not concede again after losing the election. But Trump will not be successful in any court cases, because Trump’s time becomes even more negative after November 26, 2024. But things will cool down little bit between January 3 and January 27, 2025, during inauguration time. January 6, 2025, is the day when the Electoral College votes of each state are counted in Congress. There should not be any problem on January 6, 2025. I do not see Donald Trump sworn in as the President of the United States on January 20, 2025.
According to me a retrograde Jupiter going direct, also called stationary direct is always good. But when direct Jupiter goes retrograde it cannot aspect other natal or transit planets. So, the Retrograde Jupiter from Taurus sign cannot aspect natal Jupiter in Virgo sign, natal Moon and Ketu in Scorpio sign after October 9th, in Donald Trump’s astrology chart. Jupiter will also start moving away from the natal Sun and Rahu in Taurus sign. Donald Trump’s natal Sun (29.55) and Rahu (27.44) are in Taurus sign. On the election day retrograde Jupiter is 25.55 in Taurus sign and is moving in the opposite direction as it is retrograde. Understand Rahu is a very good planet in Donald Trump’s 10th house, but Trump is not in Rahu mahadasha or bhukti.
WHY KAMALA HARRIS WILL WIN AND DONALD TRUMP WILL LOSE
Donald Trump will lose the 2024 presidential election due to the following reasons:
1. Donald Trump is in weaker mahadasha and Bhukti and they are connected with badhaka house in his natal chart according to KP Astrology. This is the reason why Donald Trump is always trailing in polls since Kamala Harris became the Democrat nominee, as Harris is in more powerful mahadasha bhukti.
2. Mahadasha lord Jupiter in Trump’s astrology chart goes retrograde just before the election date and cannot aspect any natal and transit planets in Trump’s Astrology chart. If Jupiter was direct, I would have predicted a very close election. But since Jupiter is retrograde after October 9, so Donald Trump will lose in a landslide.
3. United States is going through Rahu mahadasha and Mercury Bhukti from August 2023 to February 2026 in the Vedic and KP Astrology Chart. So, someone having Mercury and Rahu connection in their Vedic and KP Astrology chart, can play an important role for the country. 4. In Vedic and KP Astrology they say your lucky time in life is when your opponent’s supporters come and help you. This is what is happening to Kamala Harris with all these Republican endorsements. More than 200 Bush, McCain, Romney alums endorsed Harris for president and criticized Trump. Over 700 high ranking national security officials had endorsed Kamala Harris.
5. Your bad time in life is when your own supporters, who in their hearts want to help you but are unable to help you, their hands are tied. This is what is happening to Donald Trump. Some Republicans secretly want Trump to lose the election in November, because it is good for the party’s future. I do want to make comment on the Border problem, because according to me this is the main issue the Republican party is running on in this presidential election. Many Americans are going to vote for Trump and GOP only because of the Border problem.

I can tell you how to fix the border problem, by changing the asylum laws in the country, not by cruelty and building the wall. If you change the asylum laws then migrants will have less motivation to come here illegally. Trump could have done this when he was in power. But Trump didn’t do it. According to me if the border problem is resolved then what issue the Republican party will run on in the elections. So, think about it before you vote in this election.
There were two questions that JD Vance declined to answer besides lying on abortion issues, that may turn off some undecided voters.

In my previous astrology updates, I had mentioned that the period from September 25 to October 3 is not a good time for Kamala Harris, there is a solar eclipse also on October 2, and look what happened. We are witnessing the Hurricane Helene in three battleground states, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Now the Port workers went on strike for first time in nearly 50 years. But these problems will go away, any time after October 5. Harris’s time is very good between October 5 and November 5, the election day.
The war in middle east is also escalating close to the solar eclipse, this war will continue. I do not see any ceasefire in near future. I had some hope in July this year that President Biden will be able to achieve ceasefire in middle east. But it didn’t happen.
Now there is a VP debate today between Tim Walz and JD Vance. This VP debate today is happening just a day before the solar eclipse. So, I am not making any prediction about the debate today, because of the solar eclipse.

According to me both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump will go through some difficult time from now until October 4. The polls could be misleading in this period, may create some confusion for American people. There is a solar eclipse also on October 2. But things will become clear after October 5, that is why I am posting my final astrology prediction on the 2024 presidential election on October 5.

Kamala Harris accepted CNN debate invitation for October 23. The 64,000-dollar question is, will Donald Trump accept the debate invitation also? The October 23 is a very good day for Kamala Harris, from the Vedic and KP Astrology perspective. But I do not like October 23 for Donald Trump, because Moon is transiting the Cancer sign in Vedic Astrology, the 12th house in Donald Trump’s Vedic Astrology chart, and around 9 pm eastern time when the debate will begin, Moon goes into Pushya nakshatra ruled by Saturn, It is very risky for Trump to participate in second debate, that too so close to the election date, when early voting will be going on. Trump is going to lose the debate again, and his loss will be fresh in the minds of GOP voters, who vote on the election day. Also, I don’t understand what Trump will do in the second debate, when all Trump has is concepts, no policies.

In my previous astrology updates, I had mentioned very clearly that the period from August 22 to October 4 is a very difficult and challenging time for Donald Trump. The assassination attempt took place so close to the Lunar eclipse. The Lunar eclipse is on September 17. Donald Trump is still in a challenging time according to his astrology chart until October 4. The Solar eclipse is on October 2. Violence is never acceptable in a democracy.

Did you see how easily Donald Trump was played, manipulated, and fooled by Kamala Harris during the presidential debate. All you must do is say something to make Trump angry, and get under Trump’s skin, and then sit back and relax, and see how Trump will destroy himself. This is what had happened during the presidential debate. If Kamala Harris can do this, then the world leaders and dictators also know how to get under Trump’s skin and get what they want from Trump. Donald Trump is an embarrassment and disgrace to the country at world stage. Kamala Harris said it very clearly during the presidential debate.
Two big blows to Trump, a disastrous presidential debate performance and Taylor Swift endorsement of Kamala Harris on the same day. I think Democrats now have the chance of taking all three, the Presidency, the Senate and the House.
Kamala Harris does not need a second presidential debate. But if Harris is willing to do the second presidential debate, then My 2 cents advice to Kamala Harris and DNC, have the second presidential debate between September 18 and September 26. This is really a very bad time for Trump. Harris should not debate Trump between September 27 and October 4.
One thing I fail to understand why media and polls keep giving credit to Donald Trump and GOP on economy. Donald Trump lost the 2020 presidential election due to poor economy, high unemployment, stock market crash, and poor handling of the COVID, and million Americans died due to COVID.
Economy had always done better during Democrat Presidents. The country had gone through recessions whenever we had a Republican in the White House. The inflation is artificially created by corporations and oil companies, because they know if Harris wins then the Trump tax cuts for people making more than 400K per year will expire at the end of the year. But if Trump wins then the tax cuts for the top 1% will continue and they will get even more tax cuts. Donald Trump added 8 trillion dollars to our national debt, that American people will be paying in the coming decades. Your taxes are higher, because every time Republicans come into power, they take tax cuts for top 1%. The reason you get a tax bill instead of the refund this year, because your hard-earned money went to some Billionaire who really needed a tax break.

KAMALA HARRIS IS THE CLEAR WINNER
As predicted Kamala Harris won the presidential debate with flying colors. Donald Trump appeared to be very angry and disturbed, rude to moderators, waiting to win the election by hook or by crook, and become the dictator on day one. Moderators had hard time controlling Trump. Kamala Harris appeared to be more relaxed, normal, smiling sometimes at Trump lies. I have not seen anything truthful that came out of Donald Trump's mouth in the presidential debate today. I have not seen anything Trump mentioned that he will do for the middle-class people in this country, if Trump is elected for the second term. It is hilarious when Trump talks about crime being too high, when he himself has committed so many alleged crimes, election crimes, financial crimes, sexual assault crimes etc., and for some crimes Trump is waiting for sentencing. I am hoping in the end Trump may end up endorsing Kamala Harris.

According to Judge Chutkan’s order Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team will submit an opening brief presenting their arguments on presidential immunity by September 26. According to the Federal Prosecutors the immunity filing will include new evidence that was not included in the indictment.
American people will see all the evidence before heading to the polling booth. This is good news. Donald Trump sentencing is delayed to November 26, after Trump loses the election.
Liz Cheney, Dick Cheney and many other Republicans are voting for Kamala Harris this time. Is George W Bush going to be next on this list? This clearly indicates Kamala Harris is in the luckiest period of her life, when your opponent’s supporters come and help you.

Immediately after entering Jupiter / Venus period, Donald Trump faced superseded indictment in Jan 6 Case by Special Counsel Jack Smith. A Federal Judge twice rejected, Donald Trump’s request to move the Hush money case to Federal Court, so that Trump could seek to have his conviction overturned because of Supreme Court immunity ruling. Donald Trump is set to be sentenced in 2 weeks, right when early voting is about to begin. Special Counsel Jack Smith filed an appeal with the 11th circuit court of appeals, on August 26, the ruling by Judge Cannon in the Classified Documents case. Trump Media stock is not doing well, falling under $18 a share. Trump photo op at Arlington National Cemetery and Trump’s comments that he had every right to interfere in the 2020 presidential election did not go well for Trump.

Remember I had predicted in my previous astrology updates that Donald Trump's challenging time begins again after August 22 this year. The Jupiter mahadasha Venus Bhukti period started on August 22, 2024 according to KP Astrology will not go well for Donald Trump, because according to KP Astrology Venus is a very bad planet in Donald Trump's astrology chart.
Look what happened! Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a superseding indictment against Donald Trump couple of days ago. The charges are still the same in the superseding indictment, but Jack Smith truncated some evidence, so it passes the SC immunity test. In my opinion you can call this early October surprise for Donald Trump. We will see more October surprises for Donald Trump between now and the election date, while the early voting will be going on. This is my Vedic astrology prediction. The Republican voters made a mistake by picking Donald Trump as their presidential nominee. It is never a good idea to pick a candidate who is waiting for sentencing in a criminal case and has so many criminal and civil cases going on.
Donald Trump doesn’t know how to attack Kamala Harris. Donald Trump cannot talk policies, can only talk insults. As mentioned in my previous astrology update, the DNC Convention went very well. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz did very well. The good news is the honeymoon period for Kamala Harris is continuing. We want the honeymoon period to continue for Harris and Walz between now and November 5, the election day.
If we look at any difficult days for Kamala Harris between now and November 5, I will say September 1 to 7 and September 25 to October 3. If Harris makes any mistake between now and November 5, it will happen during these days. I heard Kamala Harris wants to do a press conference by the end of this month. In my opinion it is not a good idea to have a press conference while heading into her first Presidential Debate. Harris could have done a press conference at the end of July or during the month of August.
My astrological advice to Harris is, hold your press conference within the next 7 days, between now and August 30. Please do not hold a press conference between September 1 and September 7. Focus on your Presidential Debate, and hold your press conference immediately after the Presidential Debate, This is my astrological advice.

SOME THOUGHTS ON 2024 DNC CONVENTION, KAMALA HARRIS, DONALD TRUMP POLL NUMBERS
The 2024 Democratic National Convention kicks off in Chicago on Monday. Since Democrats have united around Kamala Harris, and Kamala Harris is the Democrat nominee for the 2024 presidential race, so I have no concerns. The convention will go well. Kamala Harris is going through very lucky time right now, which is obvious from her rising poll numbers. Harris poll numbers will bump up even further, after the DNC convention. Democrats made a very risky move at the 11th hour, when President Biden dropped out of the race and Vice President Harris became the nominee, but it all worked out very well for Democrats. I studied Kamala Harris’s Vedic and KP Astrology Chart after Harris received endorsement from Biden. I was very pleased to see that Harris is in a very lucky period of her life, can defeat Donald Trump. I had discussed Kamala Harris’s Vedic and KP Astrology Chart in my July 23, 2024, astrology update.
Republican party on the other side is stuck with a 78-year-old elderly man, Donald Trump, When MAGA allies and FOX News are constantly reminding Donald Trump to focus on policy issues, not insults, it means their presidential campaign is not going well. The Trump campaign is in trouble which is obvious from the declining poll numbers. Donald Trump making comments such as “He is better looking than Kamala Harris” is not going to get him elected. Trump could have improved his chances of victory by picking Nikki Hailey as his running mate. But Trump picked JD Vance, who in my opinion is a gift to Democrats. Donald Trump will again get busy with his court cases, and sentencing in the Hush money case in the month of September.

WHY DONALD TRUMP IS NOT CAMPAIGNING RIGHT NOW?
American people are finally learning they were being fooled by Donald Trump for all these years. The trickle-down economy and tax cuts are not solving their daily life kitchen table issues.
There are three reasons why Trump is not campaigning right now and sitting in Mar-A-Lago.
1. Trump may not be able to draw large crowds in his rallies, like Harris is doing. People are going to compare Trump crowd sizes to Harris crowd sizes. It will become obvious to people that it is not a close election anymore. Rather Trump is losing by a big margin.
2. Old age is catching up with Trump also. Trump may not be able to travel extensively for campaigning, due to lack of stamina and health problems. Whereas Harris and Walz are running at 90 miles per hour from one battleground state to another battleground state and drawing large crowds.
3. Trump is too scared to go out to campaign rallies, after the assassination attempt last month.

KAMALA HARRIS, DONALD TRUMP, AND JOE BIDEN ASTROLOGY UPDATE
Things are looking very good for Kamala Harris victory in the 2024 presidential election. I am quite pleased with the Harris VP pick Tim Walz. Donald Trump’s campaign is already sinking, while we are still less than 2 weeks away from the August 22 deadline that I had given in my previous astrology updates, when Trump’s challenging time begins again. Trump is not even campaigning in the battleground states anymore, may be due to lack of stamina due to old age, and cannot travel so much for campaigning. Trump is now trailing Harris in national and many battleground states polls. That is why Trump has now agreed to three presidential debates. Only a miracle can give Donald Trump victory in the presidential election. I will give my final astrology prediction in October.
President Biden’s time is not bad, but the old age is catching up with him. That was the main reason for his poor performance in the presidential debate. In my previous updates on President Biden, I did mention that the last 2 weeks of July were good for Biden for some foreign policy success. I was thinking that Biden will be able to achieve ceasefire in the middle east, that didn’t happen. But Biden was able to negotiate freedom for the four American citizens, who were in the Russian custody. According to President Biden’s astrology chart the period from October 4, 2024, to December 25, 2024, is a sensitive time for his health. This was my main concern, why I hesitated to make the final astrology prediction on the 2024 Presidential Election, when President Biden was the nominee.

People were thinking Kamala Harris will pick either Josh Shapiro or Mark Kelly as her running mate. But look what happened this morning. Kamala Harris picked Tim Walz as her running mate during the Mercury retrograde. I wish Harris had made this decision before Mercury became retrograde on August 4 night. Our politicians do need astrological guidance especially during the election year.

US stocks fell sharply on Monday, the same day when Mercury went retrograde. In my opinion the stock market and economy will do fine, with some minor fluctuations between now and the election day.
I had predicted the 2019 / 2020 recession and the 2020 March / April stock market crash on January 20, 2017, almost 3 years before it happened. You can read my Trump astrology article published on January 20. 2017.
Now I am predicting the next recession / stock market crash is coming in March / April / May 2025, after the presidential election is over, regardless of who wins this election, Harris or Trump. This astrology prediction is based on the United States astrology chart.

Donald Trump is the chief architect of overturning Roe vs Wade, period. Now Trump is trying to confuse women voters, by telling them lies that states will decide on abortion ban. But Trump will go for national abortion ban at Federal level, if he gets elected this time. GOP cannot win an argument on abortion, gun control, climate change, health care, social security and economy this time. Naïve people who think GOP is good for economy, should not forget the 8 trillion dollars that Trump added to our national debt during his presidential term. GOP has colluded with corporations, oil companies and billionaires to create this artificial inflation during the election year. Inflation will go away after the election is over. The GOP is running only on two issues, border & immigration, and tax cuts for the top 1%, and that is not enough to win the presidential election. Donald Trump is also a threat to our democracy, wants to leave NATO and take the country towards dictatorship, will overturn affordable healthcare. Millions of Americans will lose healthcare if Trump gets elected this time. This is true if Trump is elected this could be our last election, you do not have to vote again, and Trump said exactly that few days ago in his rally.
First JD Vance’s “childless cat lady” comments didn’t go well with men and women who don’t have children or who don’t want children. Next Donald Trump’s insane and hostile interview at National Association of Black Journalists event didn’t go well. Trump insulted moderators and questioned Vice President Harris’s race during the NABJ interview. Trump was racist, rude and kept talking about Black jobs and Hispanic jobs. The interview was a disaster for Trump. Donald Trump just alienated Black voters after JD Vance alienated voters who do not have children or don’t want children.
As I had mentioned in my previous astrology updates that Trump will be in a challenging and difficult time between August 22 and October 4 this year. Look what is happening, the news just came out, a federal appeals court has scheduled oral arguments on September 6 for Trump’s appeal of the May 2023 verdict in his first trial again E Jean Carroll. Then Trump’s presidential debate with Kamala Harris is scheduled for September 10. Donald Trump sentencing in Hush money trial is scheduled for September 18. The Jan 6 case pre-trial hearing will also be going on in September, when early voting will be going on. September is the month when Trump will be losing momentum in this presidential election. Kamala Harris will be leading in polls by a big margin at this time. So, Trump is looking at financial losses, political losses, and maybe even a prison sentence before September is over.

JD Vance has become a problem for Donald Trump. JD Vance just helped Donald Trump alienate women and men who do not have children or who don’t want children, with his “childless cat lady” comments. Donald Trump instead of focusing his campaign on Kamala Harris, is in damage control mode, is spending his time defending JD Vance’s “childless cat lady” comments. JD Vance does not bring anything to the table, except will do things for Trump that Mike Pence declined to do. The JD Vance train has already left the station at full speed, the RNC convention is over. There is nothing much Donald Trump can do at this moment; JD Vance is Trump’s running mate.
My 2 cents to those naïve, poorly educated voters, who are worried about their grocery bills, gas prices, and so-called inflation etc., this could be our last election, if Donald Trump wins this time. Our democracy and freedom are on the line.

You will see Donald Trump will under perform polls when it comes to the 2024 presidential election. J.D. Vance is a gift to the Democrats. JD Vance will play an important role, if Trump were supposed to lose the 2024 presidential election. Trump could have improved his chances of victory by picking some woman candidate, like Nikki Haley as his running mate, to win moderate, women and independent voters. But Trump decided to pick someone who would do things for him that Mike Pence didn’t do, and that is JD Vance.
Republican voters made a mistake by picking Donald Trump as their nominee, who at this moment is more worried about his own freedom rather than their conservative policies. Donald Trump made mistake by picking JD Vance as his running mate. The Republican party has gone to the extreme right, that will make it difficult for them to win the presidential election. Look at all special elections during past 2 years, all MAGA candidates lost the elections, even in purple states. America is mostly center – left and center – right. America is not ready for a national abortion ban, dictatorship and Project 2025. Donald Trump is merely running on his own freedom first, next comes border & immigration and tax cuts for the top 1%. Trump cannot even run on economy, inflation and stock market anymore. The economy is doing so well, the stock market is so high, and inflation is coming down. Also don’t forget the 8 trillion dollars that Trump added to our national debt in his presidential term.
Democrats are uniting around Kamala Harris as we are approaching the DNC convention. I am guessing Kamala Harris will pick Senator Mark Kelly as her running mate. Let us see if I will be correct. I have not studied Senator Kelly’s astrology chart. This is just my feeling.
Donald Trump’s challenging time begins after August 22, 2024. Donald Trump sentencing in Hush money case is scheduled on September 18, just a day after the Lunar eclipse on September 17. The Jan 6 case pre-trial hearing will also most likely take place in the month of September, when early voting will be going on. The second presidential debate will most likely take place in September. Democrats will be in a great shape by first week of October 2024.

MY THOUGHTS ON JOE BIDEN PASSING THE TORCH TO KAMALA HARRIS
You know if Biden was not 82 years old, he would have been fine even after having a bad debate night. When you are really that old, and had a bad debate night, people will think you cannot do the job of the President for next four years. They wanted to replace Biden not because of his performance as President during past 3.5 years, but because of his age. It is time to retire, even good time according to the astrology chart cannot help Biden.
But you will see my astrology predictions given more than 3 years ago will come correct but instead of Biden / Harris it will be Harris / Biden because Biden is going to give full support to Harris for her presidential campaign. The following astrology prediction was given by me on March 1, 2021.

MY THOUGHTS ON KAMALA HARRIS VEDIC AND KP ASTROLOGY CHART
I am very pleased to study the Vedic and KP Astrology Chart of our Vice President Kamala Harris. The astrology chart is looking very powerful and lucky from July 9, 2024, to February 2025, that can give her victory over Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. SOME THOUGHTS ON VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS (edited 07/21/2024)
It looks like Vice President Kamala Harris will be the presidential nominee. I will study her astrology chart and post my thoughts in the coming weeks, most likely after Harris becomes the nominee at the DNC convention. I will also suggest picking either Mark Kelly, the Arizona Senator or Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey as her VP pick, that will strengthen Harris’s position in the 2024 presidential election. I have not studied Senator Kelly’s and Senator Casey's astrology charts but have a very positive feeling that Senator Kelly or Senator Casey will be a good choice and bring good energy to the Harris campaign.
Democrats have made a very risky move at the 11th hour, changing pilots when the plane is ready to land on the runway. It scared many passengers; I mean voters like me. President Biden has already endorsed Kamala Harris. President Biden’s time is fine now, but one bad debate night literally ended his presidential campaign. I thought Biden will recover after July 12, but it did not happen. One important reason why I was hesitant to make the final astrology prediction for the 2024 presidential election was, I was worried about President Biden’s health close to the election date, and I thought that can give surprise victory to Donald Trump. In 2016 election Rahu mahadasha in US astrology chart helped Donald Trump win the presidency. In 2020 presidential election Rahu mahadasha in US astrology chart favored Joe Biden. So, Rahu will decide the winner of the 2024 presidential election. We want to see how the DNC convention will go in the month of August, and we want to see how the challenging month of September will go for Donald Trump, before we are ready for the final prediction about the election. President Joe Biden just made the announcement that he is dropping out of the Presidential Race. So, the perception became the reality. The bad debate night literally ended Joe Biden’s Presidential Campaign. You don’t change horses in the race at the finish line.
Democrats just handed over the Presidency to Donald Trump today! Trump will most likely win this election but will make the final astrology prediction in second week of October. We will see how the challenging month of September will play out for Trump, and how the DNC convention will go in August. So the second week of October is the right time to make the final astrology prediction.
Now you know why I was hesitant to make the final astrology prediction for the presidential election. The country is in Rahu mahadasha, so expect the unexpected.

BIDEN ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS
Biden had a very bad debate night, when ascendant lord Mars in Aries sign came under Saturn’s aspect from Aquarius sign between June 23 and July 12.
Now the perception among fellow democrats is that Biden cannot win, Biden is too old, and cannot serve as President for another 4 years. This perception among Democrats is not changing even though the time according to the astrology chart has improved, after July 12.
The mistake Democrats are making is, their decision is based on polls that too 3.5 months before the election date. Polls fluctuate, go up and down, and polls have been wrong during past 2 years during special elections. Hillary Clinton was leading in polls by 6 points in second week of October 2016 and still lost the election. Republicans did not ask Trump to step aside after Access Hollywood tape was released. I do not see Joe Biden stepping aside, but fellow Democrats will continue to give Biden hard time.
Biden can change this perception among Democrats only after performing really well in the second presidential debate in September.

It is hard to believe that polls can change because Biden is too old, or Biden did not do well in the first debate. Media is not talking about Trump lies,
PROJECT 2025. There focus is on Biden, to push him out of the race, and some Democrats are making things worse for their own party. They are weakening Biden. Media and some disgruntled Democrats are keeping their focus on Biden age, and debate performance rather than on Trump lies,
PROJECT 2025 and the threat Trump poses to our democracy. Remember only Biden can defeat Trump in this election. Any change in the presidential nominee so close to the election will be a suicidal move for the Democrats.
You all are waiting for my final astrology prediction, if Biden is pushed out of this race, next day my vote will be for Donald Trump victory. But as I had mentioned previously, Biden is not going anywhere. Biden will stay in this race. Please do not freak out when the polls go up and down. JOE BIDEN ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS
What is wrong with some Democrats? In my opinion the US Rahu mahadasha is affecting Democrats also, they need to stay united and support Biden. Biden is not going anywhere. In my opinion the DNC should nominate President Biden as their presidential nominee before August 10. Biden will face lot of opposition from some democrats between August 15 and September 8, and during the DNC convention. Poll numbers may decline during this time. Biden will do very well in the second presidential debate and finally put this matter to rest.
The polls are temporary snapshot at a particular time or day, we are three and a half months away from the election date. These polls may fluctuate many times. In my opinion the polls are not accurate due to two reasons.
1. There may not be adequate number of women participating in the polls. I would be interested in knowing the % of women in the polling data. Trump is going to lose the election on abortion and threat to our democracy issues. Women are going to vote across the party lines on abortion and threat to our democracy issues. You have seen Democrats overperformed in special elections during past 2 years. You will see Republican women voting for Joe Biden.
2. If Donald Trump can catch and kill his love affairs stories, Trump can certainly manipulate the polls as well.

DONALD TRUMP ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS
In my previous astrology updates, I had mentioned that Donald Trump is in a very good time until August 22, 2024. Look what happened, first Trump narrowly escaped the assassination attempt few days ago and today Trump’s Florida classified documents case is dismissed by Judge Cannon. I never expected the Florida case and the Georgia case to go on trial before the election date. It may be a blessing in disguise, because now Special Counsel Jack Smith can appeal to the 11th circuit.
Our democracy survived in 2020 presidential election time, because of the Judicial Branch of the government. But now Donald Trump has well wishers in the Judicial Branch of the government, and the Supreme Court has become Trump’s private law firm.
Next time Trump will be in a challenging time between August 22 and October 4, this year, when Trump’s sentencing in Hush money trial, the Jan 6 case pre-trial hearing, and the second presidential debate will take place, the early voting will be going on. The final astrology prediction about the 2024 presidential election will come after October 4 this year. Any kind of violence and threats are never accepted in democracy. We had very peaceful elections before 2016. According to KP Astrology Donald Trump is in a good period right now and that is why Trump survived this attack with just some bruises to his ear. Donald Trump at this moment is in a very good period until August 22, 2024. Look what is happening, Democrats who want Joe Biden to step aside are doing Donald Trump’s job, while Donald Trump is playing golf. These Democrats do not understand, the polls can change very quickly, and they are making their decisions based on polls, and that too 3 months and 3 weeks before the election date, big, big, big mistake. These Democrats should stop criticizing Biden and support Biden if they want to save our democracy, and win the presidential election in November.
Biden’s time was very difficult from June 23 to July 12, and it is over now. Biden will not be replaced, period. I missed it in my previous astrology predictions. I am not a computer, can have a bad day at job, just like any other person. But I corrected the mistake very quickly, so I can continue to give accurate astrology predictions to my readers, fans, clients, and friends as I was doing for the past 7 years.

1. Your lucky time in life is when your opponent’s supporters come and help you and you win.
2. Your bad time in life is when your own supporters, who want to help you, but due to some reasons don’t want to help you or their hands are tied, and they cannot help you and you lose.
Trump will again go through challenging and bad time from August 22 to October 4. SOME THOUGHTS ON PRESIDENT BIDEN PRESS CONFERENCE TODAY
President Joe Biden did very well in the press conference today except some minor gaffes. Gaffes are part of Biden’s political career. In my opinion Biden survived the political storm, remember tomorrow is July 12. From tomorrow onwards Biden’s time improves and so do the polls in the coming weeks. But still some Democrats may continue to oppose him in the coming weeks, and during the DNC convention in August. What the country needs is a knockout punch from Joe Biden to Donald Trump in the second presidential debate in September to put this matter to rest for good. So, we all can focus on Donald Trump lies and the Project 2025. Biden must get good sleep every night and do workout in gym between now and the next presidential debate. The country wants to see the State of the Union Joe Biden during next presidential debate.
But I cannot believe that some Democrats and George Clooney want Biden to step aside, but they are not telling people who will be the alternative. We are 3 months and 3 weeks away from the election date, and these people have already declared that Biden cannot defeat Trump based on some polls not based on Biden’s performance during past 3.5 years. Polls are just a snapshot at a particular time or moment. Polls can change very quickly. But these people with no predictive experience in elections have already declared that Biden cannot win. We are 3 months and 3 weeks away from the election date, polls can go up and down. Hillary Clinton won all three presidential debates against Trump and was leading in polls until the 2nd week of October 2016, and still lost the election. My 2 cents it is not the polls, but the incumbent President’s performance during his presidential term that determines his win or loss. In my opinion, Biden’s first Presidential term has gone very well so far. Biden must lose a lot in the coming months to lose the election.

JOE BIDEN ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS (Edited 07/10/204 evening)
We are only couple of days away from Friday July 12 deadline I gave in my previous astrology updates. Biden just need to survive next couple of days, and Biden will continue as the Democrats presidential nominee. Biden should recover poll numbers between July 12 and August 10.
In my June 9, 2024, astrology update I had mentioned that DNC did not pick very auspicious days for the DNC 2024 convention (August 19 to August 22, 2024). Biden will face lot of opposition from fellow Democrats (not many) during the DNC convention. Biden poll numbers will not be good around the DNC 2024 convention. The biggest mistake Democrats are making right now is pushing Joe Biden out based on one bad debate performance, rather than talking about the good work Biden has done for the country during past 3.5 years, Trump lies and the Project 2025. This could hurt their chances of victory in November this year.
Some Democrats are their own enemy. Please stop criticizing Joe Biden, give all your support to Biden, and start talking about Trump lies and the Project 2025, if you want to win the election in November.
Another reason why you do not want to replace Joe Biden. Trump and GOP tried their level best to link Joe Biden to any corruption or scandal, but they failed. Their Biden impeachment also failed miserably. But when you replace Biden with a new Presidential candidate, and they have some skeletons in their closet that GOP may find out, you are in trouble again. It will be a disaster for the Democrats to replace Biden with any other candidate so late in the game. You want to stick with Joe Boden, support him and hope for the best.
I know what I am going to write between October 4 and November 5. But you do not need to know right now. I always wait for the right moment, and the right time.

Media and Democrats are doing Donald Trump’s job by going after Joe Biden. That is why Donald Trump is quiet these days. My advice to media and Democrats if they want to save our democracy, please stop talking about Biden being old, can Biden complete his second term, and start talking about Donald Trump lies, the Project 2025, Roe vs Wade, Trump criminal cases, Trump sentencing in Hush money case, Trump pre-hearing in Jan 6 case, the Supreme Court ruling on Presidential immunity, In my opinion our Supreme Court has become Donald Trump’s private law firm, some Justices are doing better job than Donald Trump’s actual attorneys. I can give you few more that will keep Media and Democrats busy, Trump Casinos, Trump Airlines, Trump University, Trump Charities, Trump Major League Sports, Trump Beauty Pageants, Trump Vodka, Trump Water, Trump Vitamins, etc. the list goes on and on. Everything that Trump touches die. Now it is our country’s turn because our country is in Rahu mahadasha and Trump wants to become President again. Only Joe Biden can defeat Donald Trump period.
My response to media and people who are asking this question again and again “Can President Biden complete his second term? Is Biden too old?”. If Biden doesn’t completer his second term, then there will be someone else who will step into Biden’s shoes. JOE BIDEN AND DONALD TRUMP PREDICTIONS
Couple of things I want to mention today –
1. President Biden’s time is not good until July 12, as Saturn from Aquarius sign is aspecting transit Mars in Aries sign. Biden’s time is very good after July 12.
2. Democrats will be making big mistake if they will try to replace Biden. It is too late. President Obama did not do well in his first debate in 2012. Democrats will most likely lose the election if they replace Biden at this stage.
3. The Supreme Court Presidential Immunity favors Trump. So, the Jan 6 Case trial may not take place before the election. But the pre-trial hearing will begin any moment and all the Jan 6 witnesses will be testifying under oath. American people will see and hear the evidence against Trump while the early voting will be going on in August / September / October, that will be very damaging politically for Trump.
4. I just heard the Hush money sentencing date is postponed to September 18, because there will be another motion hearing between now and September 18 to resolve the official acts issue before Trump’s sentencing.
5. Astrologically Donald Trump’s time improves between July 18 and August 22. But from August 22 to October 4, Trump’s time again looks very challenging according to his astrology chart, when we will have pre-trial hearing, second presidential debate, his sentencing in Hush money trial and the early voting will be going on.
6. Around Oct 4, 2024, we will have a fairly good idea who will win the 2024.presidential election. I have not made the final astrology prediction for 2024 presidential election yet. The second week of October will be the right time to make the final astrology prediction.

SOME THOUGHTS ON THE SUPREME COURT PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY RULING TODAY
The astrology prediction given on June 9, 2024, astrology update, that Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity will come between June 12 and July 18, came correct. The Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity says the Presidents have absolute immunity on official acts and no immunity on non-official acts.
1. A former President has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. I think there is only one official act in this category related to Trump’s Attorney General right now.
2. The nonofficial acts bucket is empty right now.
3. For all other official acts, that may include some alleged crimes such as bribes, quid pro quo, fake electors, election interference etc. the former President is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all such official acts. Most of the indictment Counts for Donald Trump in Jan 6 Case fall in this category. They are called official acts and Trump has presumptive immunity, unless the Government can show that applying a criminal prohibition to that act would pose no “dangers of intrusion on the authority and functions of the Executive Branch. It is the Government’s burden to rebut the presumption of immunity.
American people were expecting that Trump will not get any immunity for such official acts and the Jan 6 criminal trial will move forward. But that is not the case. So now there will be a pre-trial hearing to determine which of these acts are official and which are non-official. If during pre-trial hearing an official act qualifies to be non-official act then that official act will be moved to the non-official acts bucket, and Trump will lose the presumptive immunity and will have no immunity, can be tried in Jan 6 case trial. Some official acts with presumptive immunity will be moved to the official acts with absolute immunity bucket.
We have one bad news and one good news. The bad news is that we may or may not see the Jan 6 case trial before the presidential election date. You cannot use his motive as evidence against Trump. You cannot use his communications with people around him as evidence. The Court has made it very difficult for his Jan 6 Case trial to begin before the election date.
The good news is that Judge Chutkan can start the pre-trial hearing almost immediately, does not have to wait for 90 days. It will be like a mini trial where all Jan 6 Case witnesses such as Mike Pence, Rudy Giuliani and many others will be testifying under oath. Public will be able to know and see the evidence against Trump, while early voting will be going on in August / September / October, politically very damaging for Donald Trump.
The voter turnout for Democrats will be very high, in the 2024 presidential election because of this Supreme Court immunity ruling, because the Supreme Court slow walked Donald Trump’s Jan 6 Case trial to help Trump avoid the Jan 6 case trial before the election date. So, because of the fear of Dictatorship, and Trump presidency the voter turnout will be skyrocketing for Democrats. The voter turnout will also be skyrocketing because of Roe vs Wade.
My 2 cents to all these people who were worried about inflation and their grocery bills, you have a bigger worry now that is the survival of our democracy.

SOME MORE THOUGHTS ON THE FIRST PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE
I had looked at the first presidential debate video couple
of times, what I noticed is the first 15 minutes of the presidential debate were terrible for President Biden. As we were approaching the end of the presidential debate, last 15 minutes President Biden was improving, looking more normal to me. But the damage was already done in the first 15 minutes of the debate. In my opinion something happened just before the presidential debate, that disturbed Biden’s mind or Biden had some health issue, some argument with someone, perhaps we will never know.
In my opinion this is what has happened during the presidential debate, Biden was bombarded by Trump with so many lies with confidence in a short period of time in seconds, every time Trump answered any question. Biden looked confused, didn't know where to start and how to respond to multiple Trump lies. This was Trump’s strategy for the presidential debate,
I also feel Biden over prepared for the presidential debate, looked tired, as if Biden didn’t get good sleep. The State of the Union Joe Biden was missing on the presidential debate night.
SOME THOUGHTS ON HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SECOND PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE
1. Let Trump do all the talking about his lies and Biden should respond with a smile just one line "These are all lies by a convicted felon who happens to be running in this presidential election", that's it. Biden does not need to understand and respond to every single Trump lie.
2. This should be the closing statement that Biden should say “If a man cannot be trusted with the names of jurors, how can the American people trust him with our national security. Donald Trump is a threat to the democracy of the country”
3. Illegal immigration is going on for decades in our country. Illegal immigration has become part of the US economy, cannot be fixed overnight. If Trump will suddenly deport every single illegal migrant, it will cause recession in US. You do deport people who are here illegally but in a more controlled manner.
4. Just remember the following Trump accomplishments during Trump presidency, while going to the second presidential debate.
a. Trump added 8 trillion dollars to our national debt. Naïve people forget our national debt added by Trump and GOP, while giving credit to Trump and GOP on economy.
b. Trump did not know how to respond to the COVID attack, million Americans died under Trump’s watch.
c. Businesses were shut down, unemployment was high.
d. Stock market crashed in March / April 2020.
5. Get a good sleep before the next presidential debate, and please do not over prepare. The country needs you to protect our democracy,

FIRST PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE ASTROLOGY ANALYSIS
Donald Trump did not win but Joe Biden lost the debate, this is what had happened last night. Biden did well on substance but looked weak, sick, not feeling well and not able to express himself well during the debate. Biden appeared fine after the debate, but his performance was disappointing. The State of the Union Joe Biden was missing in the debate last night. Trump who thinks Biden is Obama, Pelosi is Haley, and spent much of his time talking about Sharks, batteries, and trees etc. looked well, that surprised me. Trump lied in all his answers or did not answer questions.
Many people are wondering that I said Biden will be in golden period of his life after June this year. Then why Biden had a terrible debate last night. President Biden is a Scorpio rising in Vedic Astrology ruled by Mars. The ascendant lord Mars is transiting Aries sign and badly aspected by Saturn from Aquarius sign close to the debate date. I knew about this transit but thought Biden will be okay. Mars will be aspected by Saturn until July 12. Biden will face lot of criticism between now and July 12, some may even want Biden to step aside and let a new candidate run in the presidential race. But President Biden will be able to ride out this storm. This is a small bump on the road. The golden period for President Biden will continue after July 12, when Mars goes into Taurus sign. But Biden will need to do some clean up work in the coming weeks. Biden had a rough start but will recover from this political earthquake and poll numbers rising between July 12 and August 10. One bad night is better than 4 bad years. You don’t abandon someone just because they had one bad night. Biden may be old, but this is the only option American people have to save our democracy.

JOE BIDEN ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS:
President Biden is leading Donald Trump in critical battleground states, according to a new poll released this Sunday.
Biden is now in a golden period. Biden will cross the 50% mark in polls during last two weeks of July 2024, way ahead of Trump in poll numbers. There is a possibility that Biden will be successful in achieving ceasefire in Israel / Gaza war between July 15 and August 10 this year.
President Biden will face some decline in poll numbers between August 13 and September 12 but will recover poll numbers quickly after September 15. President Biden needs to be careful from gaffes during this period. In my opinion DNC did not pick very auspicious days for the DNC 2024 convention (August 19 to August 22, 2024). This is my Vedic Astrology prediction. Let us see how it will play out.
DONALD TRUMP ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS:
Supreme court immunity ruling is coming between June 12 and July 18, and it is not going to be good news for Donald trump.
Trump will get prison sentence on July 11th, may not go to prison right away because of the RNC convention, and the appeal process.
August and September this year are challenging months for Trump also. I see Jan 6 case going to trial in August September this year, on non-official acts. Supreme Court will give immunity to Trump on some official acts.

I find it very amusing when I saw the other day House Republicans complaining outside the courthouse that Michael Cohen is a liar. Donald Trump’s attorney spent the whole day trying to prove Michael Cohen is a liar. We all know Michael Cohen is a liar. But Donald Trump is also a liar that is why Trump is not testifying in this case.
You cannot have Mother Theresa or Mahatma Gandhi working for Donald Trump. It will be people like Donald Trump.
Donald Trump picked Michael Cohen as the witness to the case. The Jury is going to look at the complete evidence, testimony of other witnesses, text messages, checks issued to Michael Cohen etc., before arriving at the verdict. I think Donald Trump will get convicted before the end of May.

PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN AND DONALD TRUMP ASTROLOGY UPDATE
President Biden has 3 more weeks difficult time left, then luck will be on Biden’s side after June 1, 2024. Biden / Harris approval rating will go up substantially after June 1 this Year. The economy will stay strong between June 1 and the presidential election date. I am hoping the Feds will lower interest rates once, sometimes between June and the presidential election date. June onwards President Biden will be in a very lucky period, may help him achieve ceasefire in the middle east war.
I am not surprised; the Florida Judge postponed the Classified Documents case indefinitely to help Donald Trump. I never expected the classified documents case would go to trial if Judge Cannon was still on the case. Our only hope is the Jan 6 case trial, we should hear from the Supreme Court in May / June this year. It looks like the New York Hush money case is on fast track, the case will be decided by end of May or June this year. Donald Trump is so close to going to prison, if he continues to violate the gag order. I had predicted prison time for Donald Trump sometime between May 8 and July 3 this year.
Donald Trump received about 75 to 85% support from the Republican voters in the red and swing states during Republican presidential primaries, this is troubling for Donald Trump. About 15 to 20 % Republican voters had voted for Nikki Haley when Nikki Haley was not even on the ballot. It means about 15 to 20% Republican voters do not want Donald Trump as their presidential nominee, may stay at home on the election date or may vote for Biden or the third-party presidential candidates. That is why RFK Jr is siphoning off more Republican voters than Democrat voters.
Polls so far continue to go wrong. Polls show a very close election, when GOP party continues to lose special elections mainly on Abortion issue.

THE SUPREME COURT HEARING AND HUSH MONEY TRIAL
Donald Trump is going through the most challenging and difficult time of his life right now, as predicted by me 9 months ago in my July 11, 2023, astrology update.
First let us talk about the New York Hush money trial. Donald Trump has repeatedly violated the gag order imposed by the New York Judge. Trump is going to bait the Judge throughout the entire trial unless the Judge can find a creative way to stop Trump. It looks like Donald Trump wants to go to Jail because that will change the news cycle. But the Judge so far is not taking Donald Trump’s bait.
Donald Trump’s astrology chart indicates jail time sometime between May 8 and July 3, 2024. You will see Donald Trump in the hold-up cell in the court during this trial. Donald Trump will get convicted in the New York Hush money trial in May, June this year, this was my astrology prediction given 9 months ago. There will be no mistrial.
Next, I will discuss the Donald Trump absolute immunity claim hearing with the Supreme Court yesterday. I will just summarize my thoughts in a few words.
What we learnt is the President can be prosecuted criminally for the private acts but not for official acts. I see three different scenarios, let me put them in three different buckets.
BUCKET 1:
The President executed the Official acts that are faithfully executed to protect the country and are of national interests. These official acts are covered under full absolute immunity. All US Presidents during the past 240 years except for Nixon and Trump fall in this bucket, that is why they did not need absolute immunity claim and they were not charged criminally.
BUCKET 2:
The President executed the Official acts, but these Official acts relate to personal gains or bribes or Quid pro quo. Only Donald Trump falls in this bucket. Donald Trump loves Quid pro quo. You will see many such examples in Donald Trump’s indictments. There is no absolute immunity for such Official acts and Trump could be criminally prosecuted. But Donald Trump is claiming absolute immunity for such Official acts. This is where Trump is trying to muddy the waters and claiming full absolute immunity. This is also where Donald Trump’s attorney claimed absolute immunity in yesterday’s Supreme Court hearing.
BUCKET 3:
The President executed the private acts or non -official acts that are related to personal gains or bribes or Quid pro quo. Again, Donald Trump falls in the bucket also. You will see many such examples in Donald Trump’s indictments. There is no absolute immunity for such private or non-official acts by the President, Donald Trump in this case. Donald Trump’s attorney agrees on these private acts.
There is no doubt Donald Trump and his attorney know that Trump is going to lose the absolute immunity claim. Their main strategy is delay, delay, delay, so the Jan 6 case does not go to trial before the presidential election date. Donald Trump does not want to follow the laws. Donald Trump wants dictatorship that is why Trump wants complete absolute immunity.
According to Donald Trump’s astrology chart, the Supreme Court ruling should come very quickly on the private or non-official acts by Donald Trump and the Jan 6 Case trial should be re-opened on private or non-official acts by Donald Trump. Donald Trump’s attorney also agreed that the President can be criminally prosecuted for private or non-official acts during the Supreme Court Hearing yesterday.
The Official acts by Donald Trump may need some further research by the courts. But in my opinion, they will end up staying on the Donald Trump criminal cases because these official acts by Donald Trump are related to personal gains or bribes or Quid pro quo. If these official acts by Donald Trump were faithfully executed to protect the country and are of national interests, then they will not be included in the criminal indictments in the first place.

ABORTION ISSUE, HUSH MONEY TRIAL, AND MIDDLE EAST WAR
In my opinion Republican party is in deep trouble after this Arizona Abortion ban ruling. Abortion is now the top issue in the 2024 Presidential Election. Polls are showing us repeatedly close elections, but Republican party has lost many special elections in the red and swing states during past years over abortion issue. Polls have been incorrect for a long time. If the polling sample data contains a smaller number of women, then the polling will be incorrect.
Why has Donald Trump suddenly changed his position on Abortion and Obamacare? The answer is that their internal polling data could be showing GOP losing many swing states because of abortion issues. Donald Trump after claiming most extreme positions on abortion and Obamacare for several years, is now saying that he wants the States to decide on abortion, rather than the national ban. Now Trump wants to make Obamacare better, rather than killing it. Donald Trump is now on both sides of every issue, unbelievable. This is going to hurt his poll numbers with his base also, because Trump cannot be trusted.
The immigration and border problems are there for long time, but this issue is mostly popular with the MAGA base, who are going to vote for Donald Trump anyway. GOP has lost the immigration and border issue with moderates and independents after they declined to accept the Border and Immigration Bill presented by President Biden.

Economy never does well during Republican Presidents. We have seen all recessions during Republican presidents. They lost the presidential elections in 1992, 2008 and 2020 due to bad economy and recessions. Why some people in media are still giving credit to GOP for good economy. The guy responsible for the largest increase to our national debt wants you to believe he would be great for the economy.
The Hush money criminal trial is starting on Monday, April 15, as predicted by me 9 months ago on July 11, 2023, astrology update. Trump will get convicted in Hush money trial by end of May or beginning of June this year, according to my July 11, 2023, astrology update.
April is still a very difficult month for President Biden and the country. The inflation is little bit high this month and there could be some escalation in middle east war. But things will get better for President Biden and the country after June 1 this year. Donald Trump will lose momentum in the coming months and President Biden will be way ahead in poll numbers after June 1 this year.

TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE, DONALD TRUMP AND ABORTION BAN
Did you see Donald Trump changed his position on abortion ban during election year, on the day we have total solar eclipse, because Trump needs women’s vote to win the presidential election, after taking full credit for ending the ROE VS WADE. Trump cannot be trusted with anything. Trump is very good at muddying the waters, where Trump is on both sides of every issue.
Everybody is talking about the total solar eclipse today. Did you know this total solar eclipse in Pisces sign according to Vedic Astrology, is directly opposite Donald Trump’s natal Jupiter in Virgo sign. Donald Trump’s first criminal trial is starting next Monday, soon after this total solar eclipse. The astrology prediction given by me 9 months ago on July 11, 2023, is again coming correct.

DONALD TRUMP CRIMINAL TRIALS PHASE STARTING
Finally, we have entered the Donald Trump criminal trials phase, as the Hush money criminal trial is set for April 15 this year. Now we have the possibility of Jan 6 Case trial also taking place before the presidential election date. We are just waiting for the absolute immunity claim ruling from the Supreme Court. Justice is finally coming to Donald Trump. I had predicted 9 months ago on July 11, 2023, astrology update that Trump will get convicted in one or more criminal trials in March, April, May 2024. The astrology prediction is coming correct. I am copying some lines from my July 11, 2023, astrology update for you:

While Donald Trump with the help of his well-wishers was able to delay his trials to some extent. But I think the 464-million-dollar civil lawsuit ruling is more devastating than the criminal trials because it can quickly drain all his finances, and Trump can face the possibility of financial disaster and total humiliation. The New York Appeals Court has lowered his bond amount to 175 million dollars, as Trump always gets some favorable treatment, but still 175 million dollars is a big amount. It will be interesting to see which entity or organization or country or person, will help Donald Trump pay off his bond money. This could put our national security at risk, because that entity has literally purchased a US presidential candidate. Donald Trump will be working for that entity and obeying their orders rather than working for American people. Remember Donald Trump’s own freedom is on the line in this presidential election. But we have many poorly educated naïve people who will still vote for Donald Trump.
In my July 11, 2023, astrology prediction, I had also predicted that Donald Trump will lose momentum in the GOP primaries in March, April, May 2024. But since Trump has already won the GOP nomination, so I will say that Trump will lose momentum for the general presidential election in the coming months. Can you believe first time in the US History a presidential candidate is not endorsed by any former US president. Donald Trump has not received endorsement from his own former Vice President Mike Pence. Donald Trump has not received endorsements from his former Cabinet team members.
Month of June 2024 will be a turning point in this presidential election, when the momentum will shift in favor of President Joe Biden, as Biden will be entering the golden period of his life.
I had given you many accurate astrology predictions on major and important events in US politics for the past 7 years. But I see most astrologers on internet have taken this position that Donald Trump has a very powerful astrology chart, bla, bla, bla, so he will win the election. This is all they have to offer, 50% chance they could be right and 50% chance they could be wrong. But these astrologers do not understand that people with even the most powerful astrology charts also go through challenging and difficult times, can face downfall, and can lose the election. That is why in the 2020 presidential election so many astrologers were wrong. I had accurately predicted Donald Trump’s two impeachments, four indictments and loss in 2020 presidential election well in advance. Trump Impeachment astrology prediction was given 3 years in advance. The Trump indictments astrology predictions were given more than a year in advance. The Donald Trump 2020 presidential election loss astrology prediction was given on April 1, 2020, more that 7 months before the election.
But this presidential election is very different. We have third party presidential candidates who can play an important role in deciding the 2024 presidential election. We have two wars going on in Ukraine and Gaza. We have an illegal immigration problem on the southern border. Donald Trump Trump’s criminal trials will be going on during election time. Remember Donald Trump’s freedom is on the line in this presidential election. I also think this presidential election may well be decided by the famous “October Surprise” that has decided many past US presidential elections. Many astrologers on internet had already predicted Donald Trump victory without understanding all these complexities, because they think Donald Trump has a very powerful astrology chart. Donald Trump may have a strong powerful chart, but at present I do not see any lucky times for Donald Trump. Donald Trump wants to go back to the White House, but his fate is taking him from one courthouse to another courthouse, and Trump is close to losing 464 million dollars.

DONALD TRUMP’S HALF BILLION DOLLAR BOND ASTROLOGY UPDATE
I said in my July 11, 2023, astrology update and subsequent astrology updates that March / April / May 2024 will be devastating months for Donald Trump. Look what is happening during this period. Donald Trump lost 90-million-dollar lawsuit to E Jean Caroll and 454-million-dollar New York Fraud lawsuit to New York State. The New York State will go after Donald Trump’s assets to collect the judgement money, if Trump cannot post the bond money by March 25. Donald Trump faces the possibility of financial disaster and humiliation. Donald Trump’s absolute presidential immunity case is under review by the Supreme Court on April 25, the Hush money trial is scheduled to begin in April.
In my opinion Trump is well under a billionaire. Trump does not have the assets needed to get a loan or a bond. Trump can’t sell his assets fast enough to get cash.
Only source of funds would be from a country that does not care about security of funds but is trying to get favors from Trump, that is why our national security secrets are so important, the Florida classified documents case is so important. Independent and moderate voters who decide all presidential elections are watching. We cannot have a president of the country who is broke and in deep debt, because they could be easily blackmailed by a foreign country.

Donald Trump has four criminal cases going on right now. The million-dollar question is which criminal case trial will go first. I still think it will be the Jan 6 Case trial. The Georgia case is more complicated one, Rico changes, many defendants including Donald Trump. The Florida classified documents case is not going anywhere as long as the Florida Judge, who is favoring Trump, is still on that case. I am glad the Hush money New York case is delayed. Right now, they are thinking 30 days, but it could be more than 30 days.
The Jan 6 Case is the one that I think will go first. The Supreme Court ruling should come quickly after the hearing on April 25. The trial should begin in July or August this year. These delays are not going to help Donald Trump. All you need is just one trial in September, October just before the election date, when early voting will be going on and Donald Trump will be sitting in the court room instead of campaigning for the presidential election.

The economy did well in 2017 and 2018 because President Obama gave a very steady and good economy to Donald Trump when he left the oval office. MY THOUGHTS ON THE STATE OF THE UNION SPEECH BY PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN
What a night! President Joe Biden gave the best State of the Union speech. Biden’s speech was an eye opener to many people who were saying Biden is too old. Look at his stamina. Biden’s speech was fiery, covered everything from good economy, job creation in America, low unemployment, low inflation, balance the budget, fair tax code for all Americans, roe vs wade and Supreme Court Justices, border / immigration, climate change, infrastructure, healthcare, Social Security, Ukraine war, Gaza war and many more things.
GOP is running only on Border and tax cuts for the top 1% in this Presidential Election, and hoping the economy will crash before the presidential election date. In my opinion GOP cannot even run on Border, because they abandoned the bipartisan Border bill, so the chaos at the Border continues, to help Donald Trump during this election year.
There is one issue that is above all these other issues, that is protection of our Democracy and Constitution. Donald Trump wants to leave NATO, abandon the Constitution, and take the country towards dictatorship and join the club of world dictators.
As predicted by me 3 years ago and in my subsequent astrology updates, Joe Biden’s poll numbers will be skyrocketing after June 1, 2024.

BIDEN VS TRUMP REMATCH IN THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
GOP primaries are over, and Donald Trump is the Republican nominee. President Biden did very well in the Democrat primaries, had no problem winning the Democrat nomination. So, there will be Biden vs Trump rematch in the 2024 Presidential Election. President Biden will be entering the golden period of his life after June 1, 2024, and his poll numbers will be skyrocketing. President Biden’s close friend and his biggest supporter President Obama will also be in golden period after June 1, 2024. President Obama can play an important role and bring good luck to President Biden’s campaign. Please don’t forget March, April 2024 are difficult and challenging months for President Biden, his poll numbers are not going to be good during this period, even May this year is also somewhat difficult month for President Biden.

MY THOUGHTS ON DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM HEARING WITH THE SUPREME COURT
The reason why the Supreme Court accepted Donald Trump’s presidential immunity claim is that they want some clarity between the official acts and the non-official acts as a President or as a former President.
A former President can have immunity for the official acts while performing his duties related to the Office of the Presidency. But a former President cannot have immunity for the non-official acts while performing his duties related to the Office of the Presidency.
During this hearing we will learn that overthrowing the government, presidential election interference, stealing the national security documents etc. are non-official acts. {Also Please read my January 24, 2024, astrology update.}
But Donald Trump wants complete immunity, Trump wants that he should not be prosecuted for anything. According to Trump’s lawyer the President could not be prosecuted for assassinating a rival unless he is impeached in the House and Senate first. This argument by Donald Trump and his attorneys is going to fail in the Supreme Court hearing.
Hence Donald Trump will lose this immunity claim for his non-official acts as the former President. The ruling from the Supreme Court will come very quickly because Justice delayed is Justice denied. The Jan 6 case will be re-opened, and Trump will go to trial in June / July, most likely in July 2024, and the American people will have the Jury verdict before the presidential election date. In my opinion the Jan 6 Case will go to trial before the Florida Classified Documents case.

DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM ASTROLOGY UPDATE
The Supreme Court will deny Donald Trump’s bogus immunity claim in May 2024. But because we are losing 2-month time, so either the Jan 6 case trial or the Florida classified documents trial can move forward in July this year, but not both, before the election date. Donald Trump’s preference will be the Florida classified documents case trial because of friendly right-wing Judge, who is slow walking the classified documents case for many months and block the Jan 6 case trial before the election date.
Let us wait and see how this thing is going to play out.

SUPREME COURT RULING ON THE DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM – ASTROLOGY UPDATE
In my February 1, 2024, astrology update and subsequent astrology updates in February, I had given astrology prediction that we may hear from the Supreme Court between Feb 19 and Feb 25, on Donald Trump immunity claim, and the Jan 6 case will be re-opened. The Supreme Court did meet during this time window to decide the next steps on the Donald Trump immunity claim. We heard from the Supreme Court on February 28, just 3 days after the Feb 19 – Feb 25 time window.
The Supreme Court accepted Donald Trump immunity claim for hearing on April 22, 2024. According to the Supreme Court rules, four of the nine Justices must vote to accept a case. Five of the nine Justices must vote in order to grant a stay. Under certain circumstances one Justice may grant a stay pending review by the entire Court. I really don’t know how the Justices voted on this immunity claim by Trump, but this is what the Supreme Court rules say. Donald Trump also filed immunity claim in the Classified Documents case in Florida, a few days ago. So, the Supreme Court had to accept the Donald Trump immunity claim and resolve this immunity claim issue nationally.
Now this is my astrology prediction on the Jan 6 case. The Supreme Court will hear the immunity claim argument by Donald Trump on April 22, 2024. The Supreme Court ruling on the immunity claim will come sometime in May 2024. THE JAN 6 CASE TRIAL WILL BEGIN IN JUNE / JULY 2024, MOST LIKELY IN JULY 2024. WE WILL HEAR THE VERDICT FROM JURY IN SEPTEMBER 2024. This is my Vedic Astrology prediction.

DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM AND COLORADO BALLOT DISQUALICATION CLAIM RULINGS WHEN?
We all are waiting for the Donald Trump immunity claim and the Colorado Ballot Disqualification claim rulings by Supreme Court, I had given astrology prediction that we will hear about the Supreme Court rulings on both these issues between February 19 and February 25. This was a devasting time window for Donald Trump, according to his astrology chart. Astrology prediction was given by me in my February 1, 2024, astrology update. Look what happened close to this time window, Donald Trump lost that 355-million-dollar lawsuit on February 16.
Now as far as the two Supreme Court rulings on Donald Trump immunity claim and the Colorado Ballot Disqualification claim, are concerned, I see the following three scenarios:
1. The Supreme Court has already decided on these two rulings, in the time window February 19 and February 25, and we may hear any time this week from Supreme Court. This scenario will help Nikki Haley on Super Tuesday. Majority of the Republican voters are not going to vote for Donald Trump, if Trump loses on his immunity claim and his Jan 6 Case is reopened immediately before Super Tuesday. This is the reason why Nikki Haley is still in the race.
2. The Supreme Court has already decided on these two rulings in the time window Feb 19 and February 25, but we may hear from the Supreme Court, not this week, but after Super Tuesday. This scenario will help Donald Trump win the GOP nomination on Super Tuesday, and then Trump will get the bad news on immunity claim soon after Super Tuesday. Donald Trump did not want his criminal trials to begin before Super Tuesday. It seems like Trump has almost succeeded in his goal.
3. The third scenario is that Supreme Court has already decided on the Donald Trump immunity claim, but they are still struggling with the Colorado Ballot Disqualification claim, and they want to release these two rulings together at same time. The Colorado Ballot Disqualification claim is the most complex one. Please read my February 9, 2024, astrology update. If this scenario is true, then the Supreme Court will reach some conclusion before March 31, 2024.

DEMOCRATS VICTORY IN NEW YORK AND DONALD TRUMP’S IMMUNITY CLAIM AND JAN 6 CASE TRIAL
Democrats flipped the GOP held George Santos New York seat with a landslide victory. The GOP’s narrow House majority got even smaller. One thing that became very clear is that Democrats can defend themselves on immigration.
President Biden and his campaign need to talk more about immigration and border, how House GOP stalled all Senate Bills on immigration and border, because Donald Trump does not want to solve the immigration and border problem during the election year. GOP cannot attack President Biden on his record, so they are attacking on his age.
GOP continues to lose elections for the past 7 years, as citizen Trump continues to bring bad luck to the GOP party. I have already mentioned several times in my previous astrology updates that Donald Trump’s astrology chart is such that it brings bad luck to people around him. Look what happened to Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell (the pillow guy) and others, they lost all their money, and many are facing criminal cases as well.
President Biden’s approval rating will be skyrocketing after June 1, 2024, according to his astrology chart. March, April will be difficult and challenging months for President Biden, May is also somewhat difficult.
The verdict in the Donald Trump 370-million-dollar civil fraud lawsuit is coming in the time window February 19 and February 25 that I predicted in my February 1, 2024, astrology update. The Supreme Court is on a fast track to resolve Donald Trump’s immunity claim, that too will be resolved, and the Jan 6 case will be reopened between February 19 and February 25. COLORADO DONALD TRUMP DISQUALIFICATION CASE
In the Colorado Trump Disqualification case the Supreme Court has the following options.
1. If Supreme Court disqualifies Donald Trump in response to the Colorado Trump disqualification case, then the Colorado State disqualification will apply to the whole nation. This will create more confusion as different States have different election laws. Some Republican States will try to take Joe Biden off the ballot. It becomes free for all in the coming months.
2. If the Supreme Court will keep Donald Trump on the Colorado ballot and every where else, then in a hypothetical case

let us say Donald Trump wins the 2024 Presidential Election and we have a Democrat Congress, the coequal branch of the government, can reject the Electoral College votes for Donald Trump on the grounds that Donald Trump participated in the insurrection. This will lead to chaos in January 2025.
3. If the Supreme Court keeps Donald Trump on the Colorado Ballot and everywhere else and they also give stay on Donald Trump’s immunity claim for couple of months, then the Donald Trump Jan 6 trial will get delayed. Remember Justice delayed is Justice denied.
4. DC APPEALS COURT DENIES DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM
My astrology prediction again came correct. I said in my last astrology update that we will hear from the DC Appeals Court between Feb 1 - Feb 5. It seems like a decision was reached by the Appeals court between Feb 1 - Feb 5, and we heard the good news on Feb 6 morning. I doubt the Supreme Court will take the Donald Trump's appeal.
Now the Jan 6 Case criminal trial case will be reopened, according to my Feb 1, 2024 astrology update, either between Feb 7 - Feb 12 or between Feb 19 - Feb 25. We will see Donald Trump inside the court house for his Jan 6 Case trial in March / April / May 2024. (Prediction given in July 2023)

DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM, AND THE NEW YORK CIVIL FRAUD CASE
We should hear from the DC appeals court on Donald Trump presidential immunity claim any moment now. Donald Trump is in the most difficult and challenging time of his life right now, just lost the 83-million-dollar lawsuit to E. Jean Carroll. In my January 17 astrology update I said, “According to me January 24 and 25 are very important days, when I think we will hear from DC Appeals Court on immunity.” Look what happened, on the very next day on January 26, Donald Trump lost the 83-million-dollar lawsuit to E Jean Carroll.
I have calculated the following two very important time windows, Feb 1 – Feb 5 and Feb 7 - Feb 12, when we should hear from the DC Appeals Court on the presidential immunity claim and we should also hear the verdict about the Trump 370 million dollar fine in New York civil fraud case, and the fate of the Trump’s empire will be decided. The Supreme Court is going to hear the argument on the 14th amendment fight also on February 8, during the second time window.
So, the next 12 days are very important that will decide Donald Trump’s future. Astrologically, Donald Trump’s time is so bad, that even people who want to help Donald Trump, will not be able to help him. By February 12 evening, things will become very clear about Donald Trump’s future.
In my opinion the Jan 6 Case trial should move forward between Feb 19 and Feb 25, a very important time window.
The New York Hush money trial is scheduled to begin on March 29. I do not see any delay in Trump trials, because March / April / May and even June, July 2024 are so bad for Donald Trump that Trump cannot escape conviction in one or more criminal cases.

MY THOUGHTS ON DONALD TRUMP'S PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY CLAIM
There are circumstances in which a President, who is performing duties related to the Office of the Presidency, might not be subject to prosecution. This is called limited immunity. Limited immunity does not cover crimes such as overthrowing the government, presidential election interference, stealing the national security documents etc. These are a few examples I can think of.

In my opinion the Appeals Court is taking time because they want to define very clearly what is covered in the limited immunity and what is not, and they want to get it right. Then saying he beat President Obama in election, when Trump never ran in Presidential Election against President Obama, it was President Biden, I said something is wrong with Donald Trump’s mental health. Donald Trump appears to be sick these days, I mean his mental health does not appear to be good. Then I remember my November 11, 2023, astrology update.
I repeat again what I said in my November 11, 2023, astrology update, “Feb, March, April, May 2024 are very challenging and difficult months for Donald Trump’s health.” This is the time Trump’s criminal trials will be going on, but a very sensitive time for Trump’s health also.

It looks like Ron DeSantis is going to suspend his campaign this evening. Now we are down to two GOP presidential candidates. Nikki Haley’s birth time details are unknown, so I can’t make astrology predictions about Haley. Let us see if Nikki Haley can pull an upset in the GOP primaries or she will also suspend her campaign.
MAGA has taken over the GOP party. Donald Trump with his MAGA base is dominating the GOP primaries, despite Trump is in a very bad period according to his astrology chart, with 91 felonies and 4 criminal trials looming. March / April/ May are very bad months for Donald Trump.
Trump will get convicted in one or more criminal trials in March / April / May this year.
Donald Trump will lose momentum in March / April / May this year for the general election, after Trump is convicted in one or more criminal trials.
Democrats will be very happy to see Donald Trump as the GOP nominee, because Trump is a badly flawed candidate for the general election. GOP IOWA CAUCUS AND DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY ASTROLOGY UPDATE
Many Americans on the Right are very excited about Donald Trump’s victory in 2024 IOWA caucus. If this was GOP candidate Donald Trump, I agree with them. But this was former President Donald Trump who won big time in IOWA in 2016, and 2020 Presidential Elections and enjoyed more than 85% support from the Republicans during his Presidency.
I see in 2020,
Donald Trump received support from 97% Republicans in IOWA. But now received support from just 50 % Republicans. The other 50 % Republicans are looking for some other candidate, and 31% Republicans will not vote for him if Trump is convicted in the criminal trials, does not look good for Donald Trump.
We are now waiting for the immunity decision from the DC Appeals Court, which may come very soon. Pinpointing the exact day when an important event can take place is very hard, but I have done it successfully many times. Recently during Donald Trump’s indictments last year, I was able to pinpoint the exact dates when Trump was indicted.
In my last astrology update, I had mentioned we will hear from Appeals court by January 16, 2024, it didn’t happen. So, I will try to pinpoint the date again.
According to me January 24 and 25 are very important days, when I think we will hear from DC Appeals Court on immunity.
Let us see if I will be correct this time. Again, as I said earlier pinpointing the exact day is very difficult when an important event can take place.

DONALD TRUMP’S APPEALS COURT HEARING ASTROLOGY UPDATE
A devastating Appeals Hearing for Donald Trump and his attorneys today. Donald Trump’s attorneys admitted that Trump could be prosecuted criminally, but only if Trump was convicted by the Senate in his second impeachment trial.
In my opinion Trump will lose his motion on immunity with the Appeals Court. DONALD TRUMP IMMUNITY CLAIM ASTROLOGY UPDATE
The Supreme Court side-stepped the decision on Trump Presidential Immunity claim in Jan 6 Case today. The appeals court is already hearing this Presidential Immunity claim by Trump on January 9, 2024. The Supreme Court is going to let the Appeals Court decide, which we all know that Trump has no immunity to the crimes he committed during his Presidential Term. Trump is going to lose the case in the Appeals Court. Next the case will go to the Supreme Court, and most likely they may agree with the Appeals Court decision, and the Trial will move forward in March 2024.
The good news is that there is no change to the astrology prediction given by me.

Colorado Supreme Court Disqualified Trump from the 2024 Ballot Astrology Update
Donald Trump’s time turned more negative after December 18, 2023, according to his astrology chart, that is why I had mentioned in my previous astrology updates that Trump could face confinement (House Arrest or Jail time) between December 18, 2023, and February 2, 2024, if Trump keeps violating the gag orders. But look what happened today, Colorado Supreme Court disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot. Trump could be in deep trouble if more states start disqualifying Trump from the 2024 ballot. We will see what the Federal Supreme Court will decide.
Now Donald Trump needs to worry about another Track that could put his 2024 Presidential Campaign in trouble, I would call it “Trump disqualification from the 2024 ballot” track. The second Track that Donald Trump is facing right now is his Jan 6 Case criminal trial that is scheduled to begin in March 2024. Astrologically, I do not see any delay to this criminal trial. This is a very simple case, one defendant and four counts. I had given astrology prediction in previous astrology updates that Trump will be convicted in one or more criminal cases before June 1, 2024.
I do not believe in polls. Polls have been wrong for the past 7 years, since Trump’s victory in 2016. Every time we were told the polls were close, but Republican party keeps losing elections for the past 7 years. It is too early to pay attention to polls, most people decide in the final months before the election, for whom they are going to vote. I will pay attention to polls after June 2024. I will not trust any single poll, but the average of many polls. Many of these polls are done to give a boost to Donald Trump’s campaign.
Donald Trump may be a strong candidate in the GOP primaries, but certainly not a good candidate for the general election. Donald Trump wants to go back to the White House, but his fate is taking him to different Court Houses in the country.

I am not surprised that GOP opened an Impeach Inquiry into President Biden today, despite there are no crimes committed. President Biden will have a difficult and challenging time until May 2024. But President Biden will be in a golden period after June 1,2024, will do just fine. Biden approval rating will be skyrocketing in June 2024. This was my astrology prediction given more than 2 years ago in my main article and also in many of my subsequent astrology updates.
Donald Trump’s immunity appeal will be resolved expeditiously by the Supreme Court and DC Circuit court, and there will be no delay in Jan 6 Case Trial in March 2024. This is my Vedic Astrology prediction.

NIKKI HALEY, GOP PRIMARIES AND DONALD TRUMP GAG ORDERS
I see Nikki Haley gaining momentum in GOP primaries, while Donald Trump is still the front runner. In my opinion about 40% GOP voters that are diehard MAGA, are supporting Donald Trump, no matter what happens. The remaining 60% GOP voters are looking for an alternative to Donald Trump. But they are not sure who that alternative will be. Could it be Nikki Haley? I don’t know because we don’t have Nikki Haley’s accurate birth time information. Nikki Haley received endorsement from the Koch Network, that is very impressive. The GOP establishment guys Senator Mitt Romney and former House Speaker Paul Ryan are also supporting Nikki Haley.
I had mentioned in my July 11, 2023, and subsequent astrology updates that Donald Trump will be convicted in one or more criminal cases and will also lose momentum in the GOP primaries in March, April, May 2024.
There will be no landslide victory for Donald Trump in these months. There is no change to this astrology prediction given by me on July 11, 2023.
In my opinion the day Donald Trump will be convicted in a criminal Trial, Trump will immediately lose about 10% GOP primary voters, and they will move on to some other GOP candidate, looks like Nikki Haley.
This will be a game changer. GOP party is in big trouble. If Donald Trump is not the nominee of the GOP party, he will run as a third-party candidate with his MAGA base. This will split the GOP party, mentioned in my astrology update dated May 11,2023. If GOP goes against Donald Trump, then they lose support from the MAGA section of the party. Donald Trump could cost GOP party the House, the Senate and the Presidency in 2024 Presidential Election.
I also noticed that strict gag orders are being reinstated for Donald Trump again. If Donald Trump keeps violating the gag orders, then Trump could face confinement (House arrest or Jail time) between December 18, 2023, and February 2, 2024.

ECONOMY, INFLATION, AND POLLS ASTROLOGY UPDATE
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY!
Sometimes inflation is a real problem, a global problem. But sometimes the inflation is artificially created by oil companies who raise gas prices, despite making huge profits because they want GOP to win the elections because of tax cuts. When gas prices are higher it increases the price of almost everything, and Biden gets blamed for higher inflation.
A large percentage of Americans do not understand how the US economy works. They believe GOP is good for the economy. Donald Trump added 7 trillion dollars to our national debt, and you call it a good economy. The GOP is only interested in threatening government shutdowns, tax cuts for the wealthy, demand cuts to essential safety nets, and explode the deficit.
Donald Trump is trying to scare prosecutors, judges with his threats about what he will do when he will be re-elected in 2024. But Trump is turning off the independent and moderate voters, whom he needs to win the 2024 Presidential Election. I do not see Donald Trump adding new voters to his tent since his loss in 2020 presidential election.
The polls right now are meaningless, because most voters decide in the final months before the election for whom they are going to vote.
The polls have been wrong for a long time. The polls show very close races every time, but the GOP keeps losing elections.

GOP LOSS IN THE ELECTIONS LAST WEEK
GOP got crushed again in elections last Tuesday. Remember Donald Trump said, “We will be tired of winning”, a complete opposite is happening since Trump’s victory in 2016 Presidential Election. GOP is now realizing they are rather tired of losing elections because of chaotic leadership of Donald Trump. Donald Trump took full credit for reversing Roe vs Wade. Look what is happening, the GOP cannot win elections anymore.
I had mentioned several times in my astrology updates, recently in my October 23, 2023, astrology update, that Donald Trump’s Vedic Astrology chart is such it brings bad luck to the people around him. Donald Trump has destroyed the GOP party, and GOP party cannot win general elections anymore. But the GOP leaders and voters are still supporting Trump, despite Trump bringing bad luck to the party.
Feb, March, April, May 2024 are very challenging and difficult months for Donald Trump’s health.
President Biden has a difficult road ahead between now and May 2024, government shutdown is approaching soon, a war like situation in middle east, opposition / enemies are strong, and third-party candidates Joe Manchin, Robert F Kennedy Jr. are popping up for the 2024 Presidential Election. But all these problems will go away after June 1, 2024, when President Biden will enter the golden period of his life. Biden’s poll numbers will go up in the swing states.

PRESIDENT BIDEN POLL NUMBERS AND DONALD TRUMP
A recent NYT poll shows Donald Trump leading Joe Biden in five of six swing states — Nevada, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin —all of which Biden won in 2020.
In my 2023 and 2024 astrology predictions for President Biden I had clearly indicated declining poll numbers for Joe Biden during this period from February 2023 to February 2024. I had also indicated a war-like situation during this time. Both astrological predictions are correct. Rather I will say President Biden’s approval rating will continue to be low until April 2024. May 2024 will be the transition period, and after June 1, 2024, President Biden’s poll numbers will go up in the battleground states.
These astrology predictions I had given more than 2 years ago on March 1, 2021, in my main astrology article on President Biden Astrology predictions. I am not saying anything new but reiterating something that I had predicted more than two years ago, because many people are concerned about President Biden’s declining poll numbers. DONALD TRUMP CONFINEMENT, CRIMINAL CASES, US ECONOMY ASTROLOGY UPDATE
People who are familiar with Vedic Astrology understand that Rahu mahadasha is always a very challenging and difficult time for anybody who is going through Rahu mahadasha, even if Rahu is well placed in their astrology chart. Rahu mahadasha brings ups and downs, also brings drama and surprises. If we look at United States Vedic Astrology Chart, we entered Rahu mahadasha in August 2015. Look what happened, Rahu mahadasha gave us Donald Trump and fascism. 30% of our country cannot see the truth or is unwilling to see the truth or look the other way and believe in Trump’s lies because we are in Rahu Mahadasha.
I have said many times in the past that Donald Trump’s Vedic Astrology chart is such, it brings bad luck to people around him, and Trump somehow survives. But people don’t listen to me. Look what happened to Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell, the pillow guy and others. They lost all their money, some are indicted and waiting for their trials, and some are already imprisoned. Everything Trump touches dies. In my opinion Trump has already destroyed his businesses and now the GOP party. Look what is happening, the GOP party is divided because of Donald Trump. They cannot even find a House Speaker, and the government shutdown is approaching fast. Military promotions are delayed, financial aids to Ukraine and Israel are delayed. Nothing is getting done at a crucial moment in our history.
In my October 3 and October 5 astrology updates I had mentioned Donald Trump’s time is very difficult and challenging, rather very negative between October 14 and October 24. During this time Donald Trump received Gag orders from the Jan 6 Case Judge and New York State Fraud Case Judge. Donald Trump was fined 5K and was threatened with jail time if Trump violated his Gag Order. Donald Trump is not taking his gag orders seriously, because Trump thinks being Ex-President, at most he will be put under some house arrest, rather than the actual Jail time. Two of Donald Trump’s co-defendants Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro flipped on Donald Trump during this time in the Georgia State Election Fraud Case.

DONALD TRUMP AND KEVIN MCCARTHY ASTROLOGY UPDATES
Two astrology predictions came correct today.
First, I said in my September 24, 30 and October 1 astrology updates that Kevin McCarthy is going to be in a very challenging and difficult time between October 3 and October 23, 2023, and can lose his job. It happened on October 3, 2023, just when the challenging time started. McCarthy lost his Speakership.
Second, in my September 24 astrology update, I also said “October is a very challenging time for Donald Trump also, will face some gag order or fine from the Court.” Look what happened today, the NYC Fraud trial case Judge imposed a gag order today and rebuked Donald Trump after Trump’s social media post attacking his clerk.
In my opinion another gag order may come for Donald Trump in Jan6 Case trial between October 14 and October 24. This is a Vedic Astrology prediction. During this time, we may also come to know how much money Donald Trump will be paying for his NYC Fraud case, and the NYC Fraud trial may come to some closure between October 14 and October 24. Again, this is a Vedic Astrology prediction.

I think some Democrats about 20 to 25 may help Kevin McCarthy save his Speakership, and in return they will get Ukraine funding. Let us see how it will play out. McCarthy's time is fine after October 23. But McCarthy has a very difficult road ahead from October 3 to October 23, his job is at risk.

GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN AVOIDED ASTROLOGY UPDATE
In my last astrology update I said this week is the only time to find any solution to avoid the Government Shutdown, because the time from October 3 to October 23 is very difficult and challenging according to Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s astrology chart. Negotiations and a deal was not possible in this time window, that would have led to the Government Shutdown at least from October 3 to October 23.
McCarthy did not have any good options. He just did something that is good for the country, negotiated a temporary deal with House Democrats, to avoid Government Shutdown for next 45 days, but at the cost of his relationship with the MAGA hardliners. The MAGA hardliners take their orders from Donald Trump, who wanted to Shut down the Government completely to impede his own investigations and criminal trials. The MAGA hardliners were left out in today’s negotiations. MAGA hardliners will try to replace Kevin McCarthy. Let us see when. Oct 3 to Oct 23 is a possibility. If McCarthy must lose his speakership soon, then it will most likely happen in this time window October 3 to October 23. If McCarthy somehow survives this time window, then he will continue as a speaker for the time being.

More than two years ago when I published this astrology article on President Biden Presidency, I had mentioned clearly in my 2023 and 2024 astrology predictions that opposition / enemies will be strong for President Biden between February 2023 and February 2024.
Look what happened, Kevin McCarthy opened Biden impeachment inquiry yesterday when there is no evidence of crime. So far, GOP have failed to link Hunter Biden actions to President Biden. According to McCarthy we need to impeach Joe Biden to get the evidence we need to impeach him through an impeachment inquiry. This is exactly what Kevin McCarthy is doing, a fishing expedition. My 2 cents, you need to find the evidence of crime first, then you can impeach a President, this is exactly what had happened in Donald Trump's case when Trump was impeached twice. I hope the GOP understands.
The impeachment inquiry is going to fail, and Biden's poll numbers will go up in summer of 2024 before the Presidential Election.
This impeachment inquiry is invalid unless the House takes a formal vote to authorize them. Every Republican investigation has failed since Benghazi. They open an investigation first, then they try to find the crime later. It doesn’t work that way.

DONALD TRUMP CRIMINAL TRIALS ASTROLOGY UPDATE
The guy who claims to be 6’ 3” tall, 215 pounds, billionaire, wannabe dictator, lied about his height, weight, income, loss in 2020 Presidential Election, is the leading Presidential Candidate in GOP primary race, unbelievable. If a person can lie about his height, weight, income, certainly he can lie about his loss in 2020 Presidential Election. I hope people who still believe in “Donald Trump won 2020 Presidential Election”, wake up and save our Democracy.
Donald Trump was impeached twice but they could not remove him from office. Now Donald Trump is indicted in four criminal cases, but he is yet to be convicted in any of these criminal cases. This emboldens Donald Trump, that is why Trump’s support among GOP voters is still high and he can raise money through his fundraisers. But things will be a lot different after Trump is convicted in any one of these four criminal cases.
The Jan 6 Case trial is starting on March 4, 2024, one defendant Donald Trump and four Counts, a very simple and straight forward case. In my July 11, July 22, and Aug 15, 2023, astrology updates I had predicted that Donald Trump will be convicted in one or more criminal cases in March, April, May 2024 and his Campaign will lose momentum during this time. Looks like my astrology prediction is right on target.
The Georgia Criminal trial is more complicated one. Some defendants are trying to transfer their criminal case to Federal Court, some defendants want a speedy trial, and Donald Trump wants to sever his case from other defendants and delay his trial.
The Fulton Country DA Fani Willis is seeking to try Trump and other defendants at an expedited trial on October 23. It doesn’t matter whether Trump is included in the speedy trial on October 23 or not, the Georgia speedy trial on October 23 will hurt him the most politically, because the speedy trial and Donald Trump’s trial will be televised and livestreamed. GOP voters who are still supporting Trump lies, will learn the truth, see the evidence against Trump, rather than getting their news from the FOX News. People who will be testifying against Donald Trump are all Republicans, not even a single Democrat. I believe there is ample time for Donald Trump’s Georgia criminal trial, as the Jan 6 Case trial will begin on March 4, 2024.
Let us wait for the Georgia Judge’s decision on the start date of Donald Trump’s Georgia Election trial. If the tide will shift against Donald Trump in the GOP primaries, then it will happen in February 2024. Donald Trump will have cash flow problems during this time. If Donald Trump is still leading in polls in February 2024, then he will win on Super Tuesday. But if Donald Trump is losing momentum in February 2024, then he will lose on Super Tuesday.
Month of October, November 2023 will be difficult and challenging months for President Biden, when GOP will give him hard time. But President Biden will survive this period.

In my opinion the Jan 6 Case trial should go first. Next Fulton County Georgia Case trial should go. Next New York Hush money case trial should go. Finally, the Florida Classified Documents Case trial should go.
Republican party is screwed very badly for the 2024 Presidential Election. Remember if Donald Trump is not the Republican nominee, then Donald Trump will tell his supporters to stay at home on the election day.

DONALD TRUMP CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS UPDATE
Thank you everybody for your tremendous support during this challenging time that our country is facing. My astrology prediction is again correct. I said more than two years ago that Donald Trump will be indicted before June 1, 2024, most likely between March 1 and September 1, 2023. I further tried to narrow down this time window. We have seen three Donald Trump criminal indictments during this time between March 1 and September 1, 2023
I have successfully predicted right up to the day when Donald Trump will be indicted in the last two indictments, the Classified Documents supersede indictment, and now the Jan 6 Case indictment. The Georgia Election case indictment should come next week between August 11 and August 16, 2023, according to me. But Fulton County DA has said any time before September 1, 2023.
I am waiting for the Georgia Election indictment and then I will publish a major astrology update, as we will be moving from the Indictments phase to the Trials and conviction phase. Stay Tuned!

DONALD TRUMP JAN 6 CASE AND GEORGIA ELECTION INDICTMENTS WHEN?
Yesterday’s day was very intense and challenging for Donald Trump. While we were waiting for the Jan 6 Case and the Georgia Election Case indictments, the Special Counsel filed a superseding indictment in Florida, by adding 3 criminal counts against Trump on top of the 37 Trump already facing in the classified documents case. The superseding indictment is devastating, it includes an alleged attempt by Trump and his aides to destroy the evidence. So, we did see an indictment yesterday, but it was a superseding indictment.
Donald Trump’s Jan 6 Case and Georgia Election Case indictments are coming any time between now and August 16, 2023. Like I said in my last update, pinpointing the exact day when an important event can take place is always very hard. But we are going to try it again.
August 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 are very important days, we should see at least one more indictment (Jan 6 Case) during these days, most likely on August 1, and 2. Next the time between August 11 to August 16 looks very challenging for Donald Trump, the Georgia Election Case indictment is expected during this time.

Unbelievable, I said Donald Trump's time is very difficult and challenging until June 1, 2024, and look what happened, Trump's Classified Document case Florida trial begins on May 20, 2024.
The current schedule of Donald Trump’s upcoming trials looks like the following:
• Oct. 2: New York civil fraud trial (Civil Trial)
• Jan. 15: Second E. Jean Carroll civil defamation trial (Civil Trial)
• March 25: Manhattan hush-money trial (Criminal Trial)
• May 20: Federal classified documents trial in Florida (Criminal Trial)
• Date to be decided, waiting for indictment: Jan 6 Case Trial (Criminal Trial)
• Date to be decided, waiting for indictment: Georgia Election Trial (Criminal Trial)
The indictments for Jan 6 case and Georgia Election case may come any moment. I had predicted we should see these indictments by August 16, 2023. Now since the Classified Documents trial is set to May 20, 2024, that gives sufficient time to Special Counsel to move forward with the Jan 6 Case trial before May 20, 2024, and the Fulton County DA can also move forward with Georgia Election case trial before May 20, 2024. Please remember these criminal trials carry longer prison sentences. In the criminal trials Donald Trump will need to be present in the Court room also.
In my opinion Donald Trump will be convicted in at least one or more criminal cases before the Classified Documents Trial will begin on May 20, 2024, most likely in March, April, May 2024. So, any delay to the Classified Documents Trial will not matter much, because Trump will be a convicted felon before May 20, 2024.
I will repeat again what I said in my July 11, 2023, astrology update, that Donald Trump may or may not be the Republican nominee for the 2024 Presidential Election. The Republican Super Tuesday is on March 5, 2024. We will know who the Republican Presidential nominee will be on March 5, 2024. If Donald Trump is already convicted in one or more criminal trials before Super Tuesday March 5, 2024, then Trump will not be the Presidential nominee. But if Trump is still waiting for criminal trials on Super Tuesday, then Trump can be the Presidential nominee for the Republican party.
In my opinion Trump will get convicted for sure in one or more criminal trials in March, April, May 2024.
The Republican Convention will be in Milwaukee WI July 15 – 18, 2024. We may have a convicted felon Donald Trump who is also busy with his Classified Documents trial and who is also a Republican Presidential nominee. It seems like Donald Trump’s fate is taking him to many Court Houses instead of the White House, where Trump wants to be. Republican party is very badly screwed for the 2024 Presidential Election because of Donald Trump, because Trump is un-electable in the general election.

GOP voters want Trump trials be over before the GOP primaries, so they can pick the right nominee for 2024 Presidential Election. Trump wants to delay, delay, delay these trials, until after the 2024 Presidential Election to avoid/delay going to prison. Trump is hoping to shut down these investigations if he wins or if some other GOP nominee wins, then they will pardon Trump. But if we have Democrat President in 2024, Trump will certainly go to prison, that is why the 2024 Presidential Election is so important. Do you think Trump cares about the country, and the issues American people are facing in their lives, when Trump's own freedom is on the line in 2024 Presidential Election. But we have many naive voters in the country who will still vote for Trump.
But I see Trump getting convicted in one or more cases before June 1, 2024, that may jeopardize Trump's chances to become the GOP nominee in the GOP primaries. So far Donald Trump is the leading Presidential candidate in the GOP party.
The chances of Trump getting convicted and losing momentum in the GOP primaries are very high in March, April, May 2024. If Trump will get convicted in one or more cases then it will happen in March, April, May 2024.
May be Trump will get convicted in New York or Atlanta GA first. It will be interesting to see how these months will play out for Trump. Trump may or may not be GOP nominee.
In my opinion the Special Counsel should move forward with the other trials in Bedminster NJ and Washington DC. The Florida documents case has some challenges that could delay the trial.
1. The Donald Trump attorneys have to obtain security clearances. What happens if the attorneys had difficulty obtaining security clearances. This will further delay the trial.
2. The judge in the Trump documents case, has decided to hold the trial in a courthouse that will pull jurors from a heavily Republican group of districts. I do not think Donald Trump will be acquitted in the case, but the chances of hung jury will be much higher, if some diehard MAGA person happens to be on the Jury.
3. It will be interesting to see how the Florida Judge issues her rulings in the case. In my opinion she should have recused herself from this case.

Many people have asked me to make astrology predictions about the 2024 Presidential Election. But I have asked everybody to wait until first week of June 2024, because Donald Trump may or may not be Republican Party’s presidential nominee. Trump may be a convicted felon by then in one or more indictment cases. I had mentioned 2 years ago that Donald Trump’s time is very difficult and challenging until May 2024. So let us wait and see how this time will playout for Trump. Right now, I don’t feel the need to make any astrology predictions about Donald Trump beyond June 2024.
GOP had the opportunity to get rid of Donald Trump during Trump’s second impeachment trial. All they had to do was to vote to impeach Trump, but they didn’t do it. Now they have this golden opportunity to get rid of Trump from GOP party because Trump is in a very weak and vulnerable period according to his astrology chart, But GOP want someone else to do the dirty work. How many times Donald Trump must lose in general elections before Republican Party dumps Donald Trump? This is the million-dollar question that Republican voters must ask themselves.
So many officials from Donald Trump’s Cabinet are now openly turning on Trump. Many of them are running in GOP primaries against Donald Trump. Donald Trump’s FOX News interview with Brett Baier was a disaster. Donald Trump is throwing everything including his golf shirts, shoes, clothing, pants but the kitchen sink at the wall, and see what sticks. At least two more indictments are coming for Trump between July 4 and August 18 this year. All these indictments are coming in the time window March and September this year, predicted by me 2 years ago.
Donald Trump’s poll numbers for GOP primaries came down from 53% to 47% after the second indictment. Poll numbers for Donald Trump will slide down further after third indictment fourth indictment and so on. You will see Donald Trump will be very hesitant to participate in GOP primaries debates. By the time we hit January, February 2024, more Republican voters will start moving away from Donald Trump. Officials from Donald Trump’s Cabinet will start endorsing some other Republican Presidential Candidate. The GOP primaries race will become very close between Donald Trump and some other GOP Presidential Candidate, most likely Ron DeSantis. Ron DeSantis’s birth time details are unavailable, otherwise I would have predicted very precisely if Ron DeSantis can be the GOP nominee for the 2024 Presidential Election. So, Donald Trump may or may not be GOP nominee for the 2024 Presidential Election.

Donald Trump is indicted second time; I am not surprised at all. Two more indictments, Fulton County indictment and Jan 6 indictment are coming for Donald Trump before September 1, 2023. My astrology prediction given two years ago came correct. I had predicted Donald Trump indictments before May 1, 2024, most likely between March and September 2023. Then I further tried to fine tune my astrology prediction to March 4 and July 15, 2023, and we saw two indictments during this time. I always strive for more accuracy and precision in my astrology predictions when I provide astrology predictions to my clients, readers, fans and friends. People were waiting impatiently to hear from Special Counsel Jack Smith regarding Donald Trump indictments. GOP party is very much screwed because of Donald Trump, they don’t know what to do next. If GOP goes against Donald Trump, then they lose support from the MAGA section of the party. Donald Trump could cost GOP party the House, the Senate and the Presidency in 2024 Presidential Election.

It looks like Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictments about Donald Trump may come any moment now. Saturn is going retrograde on June 17, is a problem for Donald Trump. The Donald Trump indictments can come around June 17. In my previous astrology updates, I had mentioned Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictments about Trump will most likely come between July 4 and July 31. Fulton County DA Fani Willis indictment about Trump is coming between July 31 and August 18. We will be done with all Trump indictments within the time window March 1 to September 1, 2023. is avoided because of President Biden, and his 50 years’ experience in politics. President Biden is famous for going across the aisle to negotiate with Republicans in a bipartisan way, all his life. Majority of Democrats and Republicans voted for the Bill in a bipartisan way. The MAGA Republicans did not have enough votes to stop the bill.
Astrologically the time was not good, I was worried when I posted my Debt Ceiling astrology update. But credit goes to President Biden for his bipartisan negotiations with Keven McCarthy that saved the country from Debt Ceiling Default.

ASTROLOGY UPDATE ON DEBT CEILING
Things are not looking good. You can read my 2023 astrology predictions for President Biden published more than two years ago on March 1, 2021. At this moment I would say 70% chance is US will default on debt ceiling. There is only 30% chance we may have some last-minute agreement between President Biden and Republicans. This will be a very close call.
I also think they will do some temporary agreement for a month or two. The actual agreement will be signed by them after July 2023.

Donald Trump has not changed at all, even after his indictment in the Manhattan NY hush money case, even after losing sexual abuse and defamation civil lawsuit to E. Jean Carroll. CNN’s townhall was a disaster for Donald Trump. In my opinion last night was a very good night for Federal Prosecutors, because they received new evidence directly from Donald Trump’s mouth.
Donald Trump’s strategy is to adopt extreme right positions on abortion, economy, gun violence, LGBT and immigration issues, to lock-in 35% Republicans. These 35% Republicans are not Republicans anymore, they are Trumpers or MAGA now. They will go with Donald Trump no matter what happens. This is the reason why Republican party goes silent, when it comes to Donald Trump, because they fear losing support from Trumpers or Maga section of the party. It seems like Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee for the 2024 Presidential Election. But let us assume Donald Trump is not the nominee of GOP in 2024, then these Maga supporters will write-in Donald Trump’s name, while voting in general election, or they may stay at home on the election day. In my opinion Republican party is heading for a split at some point in future, don’t know exactly when. May be when they will realize they cannot win general elections in US anymore, because of Donald Trump. GOP is losing general elections since Trump’s victory in 2016, and they underperformed in the 2022 mid-term election. They were wondering and surprised why there was no red wave in 2022 mid-term election. But I was not, and predicted ahead of 2022 mid-term election that there will be no red wave. I was right and many pollsters were wrong.

DEBT CEILING, PRESIDENT BIDEN RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION, DONALD TRUMP INDICTMENTS ASTROLOGY UPDATE
I am very much worried about the Debt Ceiling, as the country is going through a very sensitive and challenging time right now until August 1, 2023. I hope and pray that our political parties find a solution to this problem. I had mentioned this time difficult and challenging for the country in my 2023 astrology predictions for President Biden published on March 1, 2021.
Secondly President Biden officially announced last week that he is running for re-election in the 2024 Presidential Election. President Biden’s approval rating will remain low until April 2024. During this time the months of May, June, July and then October and November this year are difficult and challenging months for President Biden. In 2024 the months of March and April will be difficult and challenging months for President Biden.
After May 2024, President Biden will enter the golden period and his approval rating will be skyrocketing before the 2024 Presidential Election.
Donald Trump is in deep trouble due to court cases and criminal investigations and going through very difficult and challenging time until May 1, 2024. More indictments are coming before August 2023, most likely in the month of July 2023.

Two important events took place today, Allen Weisselberg just fired his Trump-funded lawyers and the Manhattan Grand Jury won’t meet on Trump case until April 24. I am just wondering if these two events are related to each other. This is certainly not good news for Donald Trump. In the past whenever people close to Trump, such as Michael Cohen and Cassidy Hutchinson fired Trump-funded lawyers and hired their own lawyers, they flipped on Donald Trump. Is Weisselberg getting ready to flip on Trump or he already flipped on Donald Trump. This could potentially explain the delay in Trump indictment in New York hush money investigation. If Weisselberg co-operates in the broader Trump investigation, this will be a game changer, and Trump may face additional charges in his indictment.

Two banks, the Silicon Valley Bank and the Signature Bank failed during past week, and the bank stocks fell sharply. In my President Joe Biden Astrology predictions for the year 2023, I had predicted challenging time for the country between February and October 2023, two year ago. Then in subsequent astrology updates I had narrowed down this time window to March 4 to July 15, 2023. Next four months are very sensitive for the country, for our economy, war like situation and this is the time window when we will see Donald Trump indictments come through. We have an indictment that may be coming out of New York, we have an indictment in Fulton County that looks like it is coming. The Dominion lawsuit and the E. Jean Carroll case to be tried in April. DONALD TRUMP INDICTMENT
According to the Forewoman of the Georgia Grand Jury, Emily Kohrs, the Georgia Grand Jury recommended indictments of multiple people in 2020 Presidential Election interference for range of crimes. Emily Kohrs declined to name any of those who were referred for charges, including whether Trump was among them. Referring to Trump, Kohrs said: "You are not going to be shocked."
One or more than one witnesses may have lied during their testimony, may have perjured themselves. Some witnesses were given immunity for their testimony, and according to the Grand Jury there was no election fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election. This is certainly not good news for Donald Trump. They all point to Donald Trump Indictment.
It seems like the Special Counsel Jack Smith’s Trump criminal investigations are in final stages also, as people in the Donald Trump’s inner circle such as Mike Pence, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Mark Meadows are subpoenaed by the special counsel.
My astrology prediction given 2 years ago was that Trump Indictments will come before May 1, 2024, most likely in the time window from March 4, 2023, to July 15, 2023, and Donald Trump will be on the Indictments list.

SOME THOUGHTS ON MIKE PENCE'S SUBPOENA AND TRUMP INDICTMENT
I had mentioned in my December 17, 2022 astrology update that when we see Mike Pence’s Grand Jury testimony, we will know Indictments are coming. Mike Pence has been subpoenaed by Jack Smith, the Special Counsel, investigating Donald Trump last week for his grand jury testimony. I immediately thought this is the final stop before we will see the Donald Trump indictment. Now Mike Pence has decided to fight this subpoena in court, may delay the matter by few weeks. But Pence will lose in the court very quickly, because Donald Trump’s time is so bad in the coming months according to his astrology chart that indictment is imminent.
It seems like we may see the Georgia grand jury indictment first for Donald Trump and the Special Counsel indictment next. But the astrology prediction for Trump indictment is right on target. Trump will be indicted any time after March 4, 2023 and we should be done with all indictments by June 1, 2023 or by July 15, 2023. Donald Trump is in a very bad and challenging time until May 1, 2024.

Kevin McCarthy is in trouble now, because he could not give Red Wave to GOP party in the mid-term election. There was no red wave, because McCarthy and Trump were going through very weak and challenging time close to the mid-term election, this is what I had mentioned in my astrology updates close to the mid-term election in October / November 2022. The results were delayed also because of eclipse. Now the extreme right wing of GOP party has the power to block McCarthy from the House Speakership. This is the game of politics and astrology.

Trump dodged the indictment in the first-time window (Oct 24 to Dec 14 2022) by announcing that he is running in 2024 Presidential Election. The DOJ extended the Grand Jury until March 2023. So, it seems like the second time window (March through August 2023) should be correct for indictment. When we see Mike Pence's testimony than we will know the indictment is coming.
Either way Trump will be indicted before May 1, 2024, this was my astrology prediction given in July 2021.

GOP FUTURE AND DONALD TRUMP
Remember I said from Oct 24 to Dec 14 is a very bad time for Donald Trump this year, and he can get indicted during this time. Look what is happening right now, every day Trump is getting bad news.
Donald Trump and Republicans are tired of losing elections again and again! What we are learning is GOP cannot win elections with Donald Trump and they cannot win elections without Donald Trump, because if GOP dumps Trump, then the MAGA crowd will stay at home on election day.
GOP has alienated moderates and independents who decide all elections in US. GOP lies work with poorly educated misinformed voters, but not with educated suburban voters. GOP knows voter fraud is a lie, but they keep promoting it. It is scary when you see the level of ignorance in the country.
Many people don't know, Donald Trump has already destroyed the GOP party, it is too late to separate Donald Trump from the GOP party. GOP may split into two parties at some point in future, because of Donald Trump, either way they will find it very difficult to win elections in future.

DONALD TRUMP INDICTMENT WHEN?
I had boldly predicted in my July 3, 2021, astrology update in Donald Trump Astrology
article that Donald Trump will be indicted any time before May 1, 2024. I had also indicted in subsequent astrology updates that chances are very high that Trump will be indicted between October 20 and December 14, 2022. Look what happened Trump threw sand in the gears by making the announcement that he is running in the 2024 Presidential Election, just after the midterm election. It seems like DOJ investigations are in the final stages, and indictment was coming any moment, when Trump made this announcement. Because of this announcement the AG Merrick Garland had to appoint the Special Counsel to handle the Trump criminal investigations. Trump is the master of delay and obstruction and is able to dodge the indictment this year in this time window Oct 20 to Dec 14, 2022, that I gave in my astrology updates.
Many people have asked me if this guy will ever be indicted, the answer is yes, Trump cannot escape indictment. Now the next time window when Trump can or will face the indictment is between March 1 and September 1, 2023. You will see April, May, June, July, Aug 2023 are really very bad months for Donald Trump, and a challenging time for the country.

MIDTERM ELECTION RESULTS DELAYED
See because of the eclipse on the election day, we still do not know who won the midterm election.
The reason we did not see red wave is because Kevin McCarthy and Donald Trump the two GOP leaders were going through difficult time and challenging time from October 24 to November 8, the election day. It suppressed the voter turnout for GOP for the midterm election. Please read my October 20 and October 2, 2022, astrology updates to understand why GOP did not see red wave this time.
I had indicated in my October 2 and October 20, 2022, astrology updates that Kevin McCarthy will be going through difficult time from October 24 to November 8 and that is why the House midterm election results are delayed. McCarthy had a disappointing election day night.
According to Vedic Astrology scheduling any important matter such as marriage, job interview, childbirth, travel etc., on the eclipse day is not considered auspicious. This was the reason why I hesitated to make a bold astrology prediction for the midterm election, because the election was on the day of the eclipse. We will be waiting for many days before we know who will control the House and Senate. In case of Senate, we may have to wait for the Georgia Senate runoff election.
Because the election was on the day of the eclipse, we cannot see things clearly and we cannot know God’s plan for our country, but to wait patiently for the results to come. One very good thing that has happened is our democracy survived, and Donald Trump’s future in the GOP party is in jeopardy. Ron DeSantis is the new GOP leader with his impressive victory in Florida.

2022 MIDTERM ELECTION
This midterm election is on the day of the eclipse. Eclipses bring surprises, so I am hesitant to make a bold astrology prediction. THIS IS NOT AN ASTROLOGY PREDICTION.
But I will share what I am observing right now.
Early voter turnout is very high, 36 million Americans have already voted by November 4, Republicans should be worried. When the voter turnout is high, Republicans loose. Early voting data looks very good for Democrats.
American people are realizing corporate profits have skyrocketed and still they are raising prices. This isn't inflation anymore; it is 100% corporate greed. GOP has not shown their plan to control inflation to the American people so far. Republican party has one solution for fixing everything from inflation, higher gas prices to bad breath, that is tax cuts for wealthy.
Polls appear to be close, but I believe women and young voters between the age 18 and 35 who are registering to vote in large numbers, are underrepresented in the polls. We are seeing record-breaking voter turnout across the country. In fact, turnout is even surpassing 2018 levels. In the 2016 and 2020 elections, polls famously underestimated Republicans. But this time the current polls are too good for the GOP. Some of the polls released in the past two weeks are Republican-commissioned and designed to (falsely) show a GOP landslide, and they are included in the average of polls, to shift the numbers towards GOP. Remember Democrats overperformed polls, in the House special elections in end of August this year, after Roe vs Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court. So, in my opinion Democrats will do better than the polls in this midterm election, could give them the surprise victory. The midterm election results could be delayed by few days because of the eclipse. Things may be looking good for Republicans on the election night because most Republicans vote on the election day, and their votes will get counted first. Most Democrats vote by mail, so it may take few days before we know who won the midterm election.
So let us hope for a good surprise and pray for the success of our American Democracy.

THE REAL REASON WHY INFLATION AND GAS PRICES ARE SO HIGH BEFORE THE MIDTERM ELECTION
President Biden's "Inflation Reduction Act" raises taxes on Americans making more than 400K per year. Inflation reduction act also imposes a 15% minimum corporate tax on large corporations who pay little to no federal income tax. But Republicans are spreading lies that Biden is raising taxes on middle class Americans.
Inflation is a worldwide problem. The inflation and gas prices are high in US, because large corporations are trying to make up for the loss in profits due to a minimum 15% corporate tax that is included in the 'Inflation Reduction Act'. Biden wants them to pay their fair share of taxes, and they are doing their best to make Democrats lose the midterm election by raising prices of gas, grocery items etc. If GOP wins the midterm, they will repeal the 'Inflation Reduction Act', and this minimum 15% corporate tax will go away. You can figure out yourself who is causing inflation in US. This election is anybody’s ball game so far.

Today is October 20, 2022, we are entering the time window (Oct 20 to Dec 14 this year) that I gave for Donald Trump indictment, if Trump will be indicted this year. In the coming days Trump will be going through very challenging time, the indictment will become almost inevitable as more hidden details will come to surface.
Kevin McCarthy according to his astrology chart, will enter difficult and challenging time between Oct 26 to Nov 15, 2022, just before the midterm election. MIDTERM ELECTION THOUGHTS
Midterm election polls this time could be misleading, because the Pollsters use the past election data to determine their polls. Young voters usually tend to have a low voter turnout. But this time young women and young voters are registering in large numbers because of Roe vs Wade, that could throw off pollsters estimates. The election is happening on the day of the eclipse, and we may see a surprise. Polls could be wrong this time, astrologers could be wrong also because the midterm election is happening on the day of eclipse. That is why I am very careful this time making bold astrology predictions.

INDICTMENTS ARE COMING, WHEN? SOME THOUGHTS ON MIDTERM ELECTION
Today was a very bad day for Donald Trump. Indictments are coming. There will be two batches of indictments, first batch between October 20 and December 14 this year, the second batch between March 1, 2023, and September 1, 2023. In my opinion Donald Trump will be in the first batch of indictments, and many low hanging fruits will be in second batch of indictments. There will be at least 20 to 30 people who will be indicted besides Donald Trump.
The Midterm election right now is anybody’s ballgame. We will see which party has momentum going for them during the challenging time between October 24 and November 8, that party will be the winner in the midterm election. The October 25 eclipse will give us some clue about the winner. The midterm election is on the day of the eclipse on November 8. 2022 MIDTERM ELECTION THOUGHTS AND DONALD TRUMP
Most recent polls suggest that Democrats are favored to win the Senate, while Republicans are slightly favored to win the House. If GOP wins the House, then Kevin McCarthy will be the House Majority Leader in January 2023, and that will be good news for Donald Trump.
I have studied Kevin McCarthy's astrology chart. Kevin McCarthy is going through very good period right now until October 24 this year. McCarthy will be in some challenging time just before the midterm election, between Oct 24 and Nov 8, according to his astrology chart. We will see how this time from October 24 to November 8 will play out for Kevin McCarthy. The House polls can shift quickly between October 24 and November 8. If Democrats are ahead in polls between Oct 24 and Nov 8, then the House will stay with Democrats. The final astrology prediction we will make in the beginning of November 2022 before the election date. Since this midterm election is on the day of the eclipse, so there could be some problem or delay in getting the results.
October 20 to December 14 this year is the perfect time window for Donald Trump Indictment if the indictment is coming this year. Remember my astrology prediction given a year ago in July 2021 was that Trump will be indicted any time before May 1, 2024.The chances are very high Trump will be indicted between October 20 and December 14 this year. DONALD TRUMP INDICTMENT AND 2022 MID-TERM ELECTION
Trump and his Trumpian Judge are trying to delay the investigation until January 2023, when the new Congress will be sworn in. They are hoping GOP will win the house and Kevin McCarthy will be the house majority leader, who will then try to impede all Trump investigations. But even next year from March 2023 to May 1, 2024, is very bad for Trump. Trump will be in more trouble after March 2023. McCarthy may not be able to help Trump, even if he is House Majority Leader. McCarthy's time is very bad from Oct 24 to Nov 13 this year close to the midterm election. May not win the house or may win with a very thin majority. There will be no red wave this time. The midterm election is happening on the day of the eclipse, so there could be some problem or delay in results.
The best option for DOJ is to appeal to the 11th circuit appeals court at the earliest. My guess is Trump will try to take this matter to Supreme Court if he loses in the 11th circuit appeals court. This investigation may take some time before it is settled. There are many parallel criminal investigations going on for Trump. The chances are very high, if Trump will be indicted this year, then it will happen between October 20 and December 14 this year, if not through the Mar-a-Lago classified documents investigation, then through some other criminal investigation. This is the most important astrology prediction. Either way Trump will be indicted before May 1, 2024, this was my astrology prediction given in July 2021, more than a year ago.

My thoughts on Roe vs Wade and 2022 midterm election
In my opinion, Republicans made mistake by overturning Roe vs Wade before mid-term election. They could have done it after mid-term election. Now they will pay the price at Ballot Box.The overturning of Roe vs wade could also be to change the news cycle away from Jan 6 committee's public hearings.
If Democrats have majority in House and Senate, then they can fix Roe vs Wade and Gun violence. Now many people are angry and upset over inflation and higher gas prices, may want to vote Republican party. Read my lips neither President Biden nor Republicans can fix the inflation and higher gas prices, but recession in 2023 will. The US economy will be doing very well after April 2024 for 4 years.
Inflation and higher gas prices will have impact on our lives for few months, perhaps a year or so. Roe vs wade and gun violence will change our lives for many, many decades.
So don't waste your vote on inflation and higher gas prices. This will be Republican party’s slogan in 2022 midterm election, but I am not buying it. Republican party has no magic wand to fix inflation and higher gas prices.

2022 MID-TERM ELECTION ASTROLOGY PREDICTIONS -EARLY ASSESSMENT BY GURMEET SINGH (JUNE 2, 2022)
If we see the past US mid-term election history, we will find that the President's opposition party usually wins the mid-term election. But this mid-term election is very different from the previous mid-term elections. Democrats have a chance in this mid-term election because of the following, despite President Biden's low approval rating right now:
1. Donald Trump has divided the Republican party. Because of Donald Trump Republicans lost the Georgia Senate races in 2020, and Mitch McConnell is Senate Minority Leader. Donald Trump's hold over the GOP party is slowly fading away. Some GOP candidates who completely went against Trump are still winning the primaries, while others are losing the primaries despite receiving Trump endorsements.'
2. Republicans are trying to overturn the Roe vs Wade before the mid-term election. It doesn't matter whether Roe vs Wade is overturned or not, it has already energized the American people especially women voters across the country to vote for Democrats.
3. Our Democracy and voting rights are on ballot this time.
4. Too many shooting incidents are happening across the country. 90% Americans agree that we need background checks before anybody could buy the gun. Republican party will not do anything to stop gun violence.
5. The January 6th Committee is starting public hearings of their findings in June. More embarrassing information will come out for the Republican party in these public hearings that they will find it difficult to explain.
HIGH INFLATION AND RECESSION IN 2023
Now many people are worried about high inflation and gas prices, and they may vote for the Republican party. The solution to the high inflation is not the Republican party in power. Republicans have just one solution to all American people's problems, that is Tax cuts for the wealthy. Corporate Greed and higher gas prices due to Ukraine war, are responsible for the high inflation. Inflation is a worldwide problem, not just America’s problem. There is nothing much President Biden or Republicans can do to control high inflation. The solution to the inflation is recession in 2023. This is what I had predicted in my President Biden's Astrology article for the year 2023. First 8 months of 2023 are very difficult months for the US economy. When American people will stop spending money because of high inflation, then we will go through recession for some time in 2023, that will bring the inflation down. US economy will be doing very well from April 2024 to April 2028 for 4 years. 2024 will be the best year in President Biden's first Presidential Term. The US economy will be doing very well in 2024, before the 2024 Presidential Election.
So, this mid-term election is anybody's ballgame, more in favor of Democrats at this moment despite high inflation and President Biden’s low approval ratings. This mid-term election is happening at a very difficult and challenging time, right in the middle of two eclipses. There is partial solar eclipse on October 25 and Total Lunar eclipse on November 8, the election day. The Country will go through challenging and difficult time between October 25 to November 15. The planetary energy will be very negative during this time, you will see many angry people. Since this mid-term election is happening right in the middle of two eclipses, so it makes it very difficult for me to make a bold and accurate astrology prediction this time, because eclipses bring surprises.
I believe the political party that will have momentum going for them between October 25 and the mid-term election day will be the winner in this mid-term election. If Democrats are cautious between Oct 25 and the mid-term election day, will not make any mistakes / gaffes, they have a very good chance of winning the Mid-Term election. The poll numbers before October 25 have no meaning, because the momentum can quickly shift from one political party to the other political party between October 25 and the mid-term election day, if they make any mistakes / gaffes or some scandals take place. So let us wait and see which political party will have the momentum going for them between October 25 and November 8, the election day, because that political party will win this mid-term election.
The partial solar eclipse on October 25, will give us clue which political party will be the winner in this 2022 Mid-Term election. I will make the final astrology prediction on the Mid-Term Election after the October 25 partial solar eclipse. Russia / Ukraine war 2022
I found President Zelensky of Ukraine’s birth time details also with A rating on internet. I am getting same answer from his astrology chart also. This war will not end before April 27, 2022. I had predicted May is the time when they will find some solution to this war.
But if there is no solution in May/June/July 2022, then this war will continue for long time. I had also indicated in my President Biden's Astrology article that there will be war like situation in 2023 also. This astrology prediction was given on March 1, 2021, a year ago. January through August 2023 are very difficult months for United States economy, and there will be a war like situation during this time.

When the Russia Ukraine war will be over?
My astrology prediction on war between Russia and Ukraine came correct. Now many people have asked me during past couple of days, when this Russia / Ukraine war will be over. The problem is that we don’t know President Putin’s accurate birth time details with AA ratings, which is needed to make accurate astrology predictions about this war. So, I will try to answer this question by analyzing President Biden’s astrology chart. President Biden’s challenging time will be over by April 25, 2022. President Biden’s job approval ratings will improve in May, June, July this year. Some good things will happen for President Biden in May, June, July 2022. So, we can hope that the war will be over in the month of May 2022. This is the best I can do. Let us see if I will be correct this time also.

In my President Biden Astrology article published on March 1, 2021, I had given astrology prediction that President Biden’s poll numbers will decline in a big way after October 2021. The astrology prediction has again come correct. In a poll released this Sunday, 54 percent of Americans disapprove of President Biden’s job performance, and 71 percent believe the country is headed in the wrong direction.
The time between now and April 2022, will be the most difficult and challenging period in President Biden’s Presidential Term. Whether Democrats will win or lose in the mid-term election, largely depends upon how President Biden will handle this challenging time between now and April 2022.
